Особливості неформальних стосунків підлітків в умовах соціальних змін

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості неформальної взаємодії осіб підліткового віку, досліджено та проаналізовано особливості спрямованості підлітків на спілкування, на себе, на справу, досліджено вияв у них типів міжособистісних відносин, проаналізовано особливості їхньої поведінки в неформальних стосунках з однолітками. Установлено, що неформальні стосунки в підлітковому віці представлені у вигляді системи симпатій та антипатій, притягань і відштовхувань, любові та ворожнечі, що відчувають один до одного члени первинної групи, реалізовуючи власні неофіційні групові ролі («голова», «порадник», «новатор», «розвідник ресурсів», «душа групи», «інформатор»). Підлітковий вік визначено як один із найскладніших вікових періодів, оскільки біологічні зміни супроводжуються соціальними і психологічними змінами. Для цього віку характерні певні особливості, зокрема полярність психіки, підлітковий максималізм, домінування міжособистісного спілкування з однолітками, нівелювання та конфлікти з дорослими.The peculiarities of informal interaction of teenagers are revealed in the article, the peculiarities of teenagers' orientation to communication are investigated and analyzed, the expressiveness of their types of interpersonal relations in them, the peculiarities of their behavior in informal relations with peers are analyzed. It has been found that informal relationships in adolescence are represented as a system of sympathies and dislikes, attraction and repulsion, love and enmity felt by members of the primary group, realizing their own informal group roles ("chairman", "advisor", "innovator" , "Resource scout", "group soul", "informant"). It was found that the majority of the investigated expressed "Rectilinear-aggressive" type of interpersonal relations, which indicates that adolescents tend to show aggressiveness and straightforwardness in their actions and statements, and the expressiveness of "Unbelievably skeptical" type of interpersonal interpersonal experience. to others. Most of the adolescents surveyed have a strong commitment to communication, indicating their desire to maintain relationships with people, focus on socializing for the sake of communication, seek social approval, show dependence on the group, and have a clear need for emotional relationships. Adolescence is defined as one of the most difficult ages as biological changes are accompanied by social and psychological changes. This age is characterized by certain characteristics, such as the polarity of the psyche, adolescent maximalism, dominance of interpersonal communication with peers, leveling and conflicts with adults.
