Виховання культури гендерних відносин у молодших школярів : дипломна робота

Abstract

Упровадження гендерної освіти в структуру загальної системи освіти, що здійснюється останні десятиріччя у зв’язку з вибором демократичного шляху розвитку українського суспільства та побудови гендерно паритетного соціуму, передбачає формування гендерної культури у підростаючого покоління, показником якої є такий рівень громадянської свідомості, де успішно відтворюються демократичні ціннісно-нормативні уявлення, забезпечується підтримка гідності кожної людини незалежно від статі. Саме гендерна освіта та виховання впливають на формування гендерної ідентичності, розширюють гендерні уявлення, сприяють вивченню природи гендерних стереотипів, гендерних ролей, гендерних підходів, акцентують на різноманітності самореалізації особистості незалежно від статі й змінюють акцент зі статі на особистість, генеруючи таким чином відповідний рівень культуру гендерних відносин.

The implementation of gender education in the structure of the general education system, which has been carried out for the past decades in connection with the choice of a democratic path of development of Ukrainian society and the construction of a gender-parity society, involves the formation of a gender culture in the younger generation, the indicator of which is such a level of civic consciousness that successfully reproduces democratic value-normative ideas, support for the dignity of every person regardless of gender is ensured. It is gender education and upbringing that influence the formation of gender identity, expand gender ideas, contribute to the study of the nature of gender stereotypes, gender roles, gender approaches, emphasize the diversity of individual self-realization regardless of gender and change the emphasis from gender to personality, thus generating an appropriate level of gender culture relations
