Педагогічні умови виховання відповідального ставлення учнів молодшого шкільного віку до власного здоров’я

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто проблему формування відповідального ставлення до здоров’я молодших школярів. Проаналізовано актуальність проблеми збереження і зміцнення здоров’я в умовах сучасної освіти. Визначено, що саме у молодшому шкільному віці формуються базові установки на здоровий спосіб життя, які впливають на подальший розвиток особистості. У роботі обґрунтовано поняття «відповідальне ставлення до здоров’я» та висвітлено його основні компоненти: когнітивний. Розглянуто роль педагогів, сім’ї та освітнього середовища у процесі виховання у дітей свідомого ставлення до власного фізичного, психічного та соціального здоров’я. Велика увага приділяється розробці та впровадженню педагогічних умов, які включають: інтеграцію здоров’язберігаючих технологій у навчальний процес; використання активних методів навчання для популяризації здорового способу життя; співпрацю педагогів і батьків; створення сприятливого емоційного середовища в класі.

The master's work considered the problem of forming a responsible attitude to the health of younger schoolchildren. The relevance of the problem of preserving and strengthening health in the conditions of modern education is analyzed. It was determined that it is at the primary school age that basic attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle are formed, which affect the further development of the personality. The work substantiates the concept of "responsible attitude to health" and highlights its main components: cognitive. The role of teachers, family and educational environment in the process of raising children's conscious attitude to their own physical, mental and social health is considered. Great attention is paid to the development and implementation of pedagogical conditions, which include: the integration of health-preserving technologies into the educational process; use of active learning methods to promote a healthy lifestyle; cooperation of teachers and parents; creating a favorable emotional environment in the classroom.
