Abstract
У статті розглядається проєктна компетентність як показник особистісного розвитку у сучасному освітньому середовищі. Висвітлюються питання проєктної діяльності студентів у ЗВО, що має прикладний характер і спрямована на вирішення проблем (завдань), сформульованих викладачем у межах навчальної дисципліни. Організація проєктної діяльності студентів передбачає теоретико-практичну підготовку їх до професійної проєктної діяльності вчителя. Формування проєктної компетентності – один з найважливіших орієнтирів у системі підготовки фахівців.
The article considers project competence as an indicator of personal development in the modern educational environment. The issues of project activity of students, which has an applied nature and is aimed at solving problems (tasks) formulated by the teacher within the discipline. The organization of project activity of students provides theoretical and practical preparation for the professional project activity of the teacher. Formation of project competence is one of the most important guidelines in the system of training. Modern transformation processes in higher education require a rethinking of views on the problem of readiness of teachers to carry out project activities. The level of their project competence of teachers depends on the conscious attitude to finding solutions and decision-making in non-standard situations, the ability to generalize the practical experience of educational activities of higher education institutions. Awareness of urgent educational problems and finding options for their elimination by means of project activities directs the process of developing educational projects and programs taking into account the experience of international organizations and prospects for their implementation in domestic higher education institutions. That is why higher education institutions should promote the formation of project competence of teachers, creating opportunities for their effective involvement in project activities to obtain grants for international cooperation projects to develop the capacity of higher education and exchange best practices.
