Реалізація гендерної рівності в системі освіти і виховання на засадах концепціїї педагогіки свободи.

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано проблему гендерної рівності з огляду на суперечності, що все ще існують з цього приводу у вітчизняній системі освіти і виховання. Проаналізовано стан досліджуваної проблеми у сучасному вітчизняному й зарубіжному науковому дискурсі. Доведено, що гендерна компонента сучасної освіти потребує розширення меж наукового пошуку у тому числі в її виховному сегменті. Представлено концептуальні основи педагогіки свободи як сучасної моделі реалізації гендерної рівності в системі освіти і виховання. Зокрема обґрунтовано категорію особистісної свободи в контекстуальному полі проблеми гендерної рівності та методологічні підходи й принципи її розвитку на засадах педагогіки свободи, а також розкрито можливості практичного розв’язання досліджуваної проблеми у сучасному закладі вищої освіти на засадах егалітарного світогляду.

The article updates the problem of gender equality in view of the contradictions on this issue that still exist in domestic system of education and upbringing. The state of the investigated problem has been analyzed in modern domestic and foreign scientific discourse. It has been proven that the gender component of modern education requires the expanding of scientific research boundaries, including in its educational segment. The conceptual foundations of freedom pedagogy as a modern pattern of implementation of the gender equality in the system of education and upbringing are presented. In particular, the category of a personality freedom in the contextual field of the gender equality issue and methodological approaches and principles of its development based on freedom pedagogy foundations are substantiated, as well as the possibilities of practical solution of the investigated problem in a modern institution of higher education on the basis of an egalitarian worldview are revealed.
