Розвиток креативного мислення здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах освітнього простору педагогічного університету

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній темі розвитку креативного мислення здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах освітнього простору педагогічного університету. Автори статті обґрунтовують важливість розвитку креативного мислення студентів для особистісного і професійного розвитку майбутніх вчителів, а також розглядають можливості його розвитку за допомогою інтерактивних технологій навчання. Зазначається, що основними проблемами в розвитку креативного мислення студентів є недостатня ефективність системи освіти, нестача доступу до якісних розвиваючих програм і платформ та недостатня мотивація викладачів до впровадження ефективних методик, що спонукають та розвивають креативність у студентів. Охарактеризовано взаємозв’язок творчої активності здобувачів вищої освіти та креативного мислення. А також описано шляхи поєднання інтерактивних технологій навчання з творчою та креативною активністю здобувачів вищої освіти. Розкрито поняття інноваційного, сучасного, творчого типу мислення та його поєднання з інтерактивними технологіями навчання з метою розвитку креативної компетенції. Обґрунтовано, що інтерактивні технології навчання є ефективним інструментом для розвитку креативної компетентності. Адже, тільки такий підхід дозволить створити освітнє середовище спроможне розвинути креативне мислення студентів. Всі вищеперераховані умови дозволять залучити здобувачів вищої освіти до пізнання творчих явищ, розвитку креативного й критичного мислення, творчих здібностей та інших важливих компетентностей. У статті наведено приклади використання інтерактивних технологій навчання для розвитку креативної компетентності. Автори статті пропонують використовувати для цього такі технології, як освітні ігри, проблемне навчання, ситуативні завдання, проєкти, тощо. В статті описано можливість використання онлайн платформ для розвитку креативної компетентності, які пропонують різноманітні матеріали, що можна використовувати для вивчення різних напрямків освіти, включаючи педагогіку, психологію, історію, мистецтво, літературу, релігію, традиції, звичаї тощо. Наведено приклади практичної реалізації інтерактивних технологій навчання з метою розвитку креативної компетенції здобувачів вищої освіти.The article is devoted to the topical topic of the development of creative thinking of students of higher education in the conditions of the educational space of a pedagogical university. The authors of the article substantiate the importance of the development of students' creative thinking for the personal and professional development of future teachers, and also consider the possibilities of its development with the help of interactive learning technologies. It is noted that the main problems in the development of students' creative thinking are insufficient efficiency of the education system, lack of access to quality development programs and platforms, and insufficient motivation of teachers to implement effective methods that encourage and develop creativity in students. The relationship between the creative activity of higher education graduates and creative thinking is characterized. It also describes the ways of combining interactive learning technologies with the creative and creative activity of students of higher education. The concept of an innovative, modern, creative type of thinking and its combination with interactive learning technologies for the purpose of developing creative competence is revealed. It is substantiated that interactive learning technologies are an effective tool for the development of creative competence. After all, only such an approach will allow creating an educational environment capable of developing students' creative thinking. All of the above conditions will allow attracting higher education students to the knowledge of creative phenomena, the development of creative and critical thinking, creative abilities and other important competencies. The article provides examples of the use of interactive learning technologies for the development of creative competence. The authors of the article propose to use such technologies for this purpose as educational games, problem-based learning, situational tasks, projects, etc. The article describes the possibility of using online platforms for the development of creative competence, which offer a variety of materials that can be used to study various areas of education, including pedagogy, psychology, history, art, literature, religion, traditions, customs, etc. Examples of practical implementation of interactive learning technologies for the development of creative competence of higher education students are given.
