Abstract
У дисертації визначені і обґрунтовані педагогічні умови формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій: системне навчання змісту спеціальності іноземною мовою; моделювання професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій засобами іноземної мови; реалізація принципів змішаного навчання у навчально-методичних матеріалах. У дисертації уточнено поняття «іншомовна комунікативна компетентність майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій». Розроблено іншомовний аспект структурно-функціональної моделі сучасного фахівця у галузі інформаційних технологій, визначено структуру іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівця у галузі інформаційних технологій з урахуванням характеру його діяльності; розроблено модель формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій. Експериментально перевірена ефективність запропонованих педагогічних умов, підготовлено навчальний посібник, створено навчальний сайт і видані методичні вказівки щодо формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій.
В диссертации определены и обоснованы педагогические условия формирования иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий: системное обучение содержанию специальности на иностранном языке; моделирование профессиональной деятельности будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий средствами иностранного языка; реализация принципов смешанного обучения в учебно-методических материалах В работе уточнено понятие «иноязычная коммуникативная компетентность будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий». В диссертации разработан иноязычный аспект структурно-функциональной модели современного специалиста в сфере информационных технологий, определена структура иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий, принимая во внимание характер их деяльности; разработана модель формирования иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий. Экспериментально проверена эффективность предложенных педагогических условий, подготовлено учебное пособие, создан учебный сайт и разработаны методические указания по формированию иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов в сфере информационных технологий.
The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problem of formation of foreign languages communicative competence of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies. The pedagogical conditions of forming foreign languages communicative competence of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies are defined in the dissertation. They are: the systematic teaching of professional content in a foreign language; the modeling of professional activity of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies; the implementation of blended learning principles in teaching aids. The introduction reveals the topicality and expediency of the investigation, defines its aim, tasks, hypothesis, it also reveals the object and subject, methods, methodological and theoretical basis of the investigation. The scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results are disclosed. The first chapter reflects the theoretical analysis of: main approaches to the definition of the term “foreign languages communicative competence”; literature sources devoted to psychological peculiarities of thinking and activity of specialists in the sphere of information technologies. The foreign language aspect of structural and functional model of a specialist in the sphere of information technologies was developed. Foreign languages communicative competence of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies is concerned as a capability to act in the behavior of the secondary language personality in a variety of situations such as filling in an application form, an interview with an employer, understanding professional tasks, reading instructional literature, writing description of final product, work with a customer in an effective way. The model of forming foreign language communicative competence of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies is shown and described. In the second chapter the pedagogical conditions are substantiated. The systematic teaching of professional content in a foreign language is considered as the contents of texts, problem-solving tasks, projects, role plays, and as interdiscipline coordination as well. The systematic teaching of professional content in a foreign language is considered as the selection of the structure, content and amount of educational information in accordance with the curricula of the specialties the learning of which enables a future specialist in the sphere of IT to study professional information in native and foreign languages in parallel, learning about the trends of development of science and technology, the latest discoveries, learning of technologies, search for information, competitiveness in the international labor market, experience exchange and cooperation with foreign partners. We see two variants of implementation of the pedagogical conditions of systematic teaching of the professional content in a foreign language: the introduction of educational material of special disciplines in foreign language classes; the introduction of a foreign language in professional classes. It is proposed to model professional activity of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies by means of such teaching methods as interactive tasks, projects, problem-solving, developing and context tasks, role-games. The process of modeling professional activity of future specialists in the sphere of information technologies by means of a foreign language includes the following stages: specifying typical professional tasks, development of educational and professional situations, specifying the procedure of arranging these situations depending on the systematic teaching of professional content, selection of methods, means and forms of teaching. The blended learning is understood as combination of formal means of study (work in the classroom, learning theoretical material) with informal ones (discussion with the help of e-mail, video-conferences). The blended learning naturally combines classroom and distance forms of study. We offer using the author's site with sections of different pedagogical destination and a directory of links to English-language sites. In our opinion, it will help students organize their independent activity on study of foreign languages for professional purposes. On the website we offer students video tutorials, virtual tours, projects, communication with native speakers, organizational issues, self-testing, the opportunity to publicize students' works, tips for learning a foreign language. The third chapter discloses the results of all the stages of the pedagogical experiment. The efficiency of the offered pedagogical conditions has been proved experimentally. A textbook, an educational website, practical instructions on the topic have been worked up..
