Abstract
У статті порушено проблему особливостей розвитку професійної компетентності вчителів на етапі переходу до інноваційних освітніх стандартів, зокрема, закцентовано увагу на особливостях змістово-технологічного забезпечення процесу, використовуючи можливості співпраці з вищими навчальними закладами. Представлено елементи програми експериментального навчання, форми та методи її реалізації, зокрема теоретико-практичний семінар «Педагогічні основи розвитку професійної компетентності вчителя», робота якого програмувалася в режимі компетентнісної освіти.
The article deals with the problem of peculiarities of algorithms’ practical implementation, concerning the development of teachers’ professional competence at the stage of transition from information-reproductive to innovative educational standards. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of the content-technological providing the process, using the cooperation possibilities with higher educational institutions of pedagogical direction. The elements of the author's program of experimental training are presented, focusing on the main theoretical principles, among which are the following: the priority of personally directed educational technologies; strengthening the tendency towards the transition of professional development into self-development; the orientation of professional development on the quality criterion, which integrally determines the level of specialist’s professional competence. The article presents the forms and methods for implementing the program: organization of an effective system of methodological work with teachers, aimed at developing their theoretical competence, readiness for the professional activity of the innovative level; conducting theoretical and practical seminar «Pedagogical bases of professional teacher's development»; theoretical elaboration, testing and introduction of advanced educational technologies into their practice of professional activity; organization of individual and collective research on problems of optimization of teacher’s professional activity, his professional development and self-development; cooperation with higher educational institutions on continuous updating the system of raising the teachers' competence level, providing innovative direction for their professional development and self-development. The work of the special course was programmed in a mode of competent, personally oriented education.
