Abstract
У дисертаційному дослідженні обґрунтовано актуальність і доцільність обраної теми дослідження, визначено його мету, завдання та гіпотезу дослідження, його об’єкт, предмет і методи дослідження, розкриті наукова новизна, теоретичне й практичне значення, представлені відомості про апробацію та впровадження результатів дослідження, наведено відомості про публікації та структуру дисертації, на підставі вивчення вітчизняної та зарубіжноЇ, педагогічної і психологічної літератури з питань підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства визначено сутність туризмознавства і професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців у галузі туризму, узагальнено роль проектної діяльності з використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у роботі фахівців з туризмознавства, проаналізовано сучасний стан фахової підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства; запропонована модель підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства до проектної професійної діяльності; визначено й обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства до проектної професійної діяльності: використання інформаційного освітнього середовища для підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства, управління проектною діяльністю з використанням сучасних Інтернет-технологій, використання засобів електронного навчання для вивчення технологічних основ проектної діяльності, використання сучасного програмного забезпечення для контролю проектної діяльності. У результаті дослідження виявлено, що комплексне використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій передбачає розроблення та використання різних видів навчальних, демонстраційних і контролюючих матеріалів, мережевих ресурсів, соціальних сервісів, програмних засобів. Їх поєднання із традиційними засобами навчання сприяє підвищенню ефективності освітнього процесу та підвищенню рівня підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризмознавства до проектної професійної діяльності.
В диссертационном исследовании обоснована актуальность и целесообразность выбранной темы исследования, определены его цели, задачи и гипотеза исследования, его объект, предмет и методы исследования, раскрыты научная новизна, теоретическое и практическое значение, представлены сведения об апробации и внедрении результатов исследования, приведены сведения о публикациях и структуре диссертации, на основании изучения отечественной и зарубежной педагогической и психологической литературы по вопросам подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения определено сущность туризмоведения и профессиональной деятельности будущих специалистов в области туризма, обобщенна роль проектной деятельности с использованием информационно-коммуникационных технологий в работе специалистов по туризмоведению, проанализировано современное состояние профессиональной подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения; предложена модель подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения к проектной профессиональной деятельности; определены и обоснованы организационно-педагогические условия подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения к проектной профессиональной деятельности: использование информационной образовательной среды для подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения, управление проектной деятельностью с использованием современных Интернет-технологий, использование средств электронного обучения для изучения технологических основ проектной деятельности, использования современного программного обеспечения для контроля проектной деятельности. В результате исследования выявлено, что комплексное использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий предусматривает разработку и использование различных видов учебных, демонстрационных и контролирующих материалов, сетевых ресурсов, социальных сервисов, программных средств. Их сочетание с традиционными средствами обучения способствует повышению эффективности образовательного процесса и повышению уровня подготовки будущих магистров туризмоведения к проектной профессиональной деятельности.
The project activity is one of the main aspects of the professional activities of future masters of tourism studies and requires the need to develop skills in projects while studying in higher education institutions. The formed skills of work in the project and project management are the basis of successful professional activity in the field of tourism, because the tourist product is very volatile and requires timely response to various parameters and conditions that affect the performance of its performance. This is one of the main professional traits of a successful tourism expert. The dissertation research substantiates the relevance and expediency of the chosen topic of research, defines its purpose, tasks and hypothesis of the research, its object, subject and methods of research, reveals scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, provides information about approbation and introduction of research results, information is provided on the publication and structure of the dissertation, on the basis of the study of domestic and foreign pedagogical and psychological literature on the preparation of future masters in tourism studies in The essence of tourism research and professional activity of future specialists in the field of tourism is outlined, the role of the project activity with the use of information and communication technologies in the work of tourism specialists is generalized, the current state of professional training of future masters in tourism studies is analyzed; the model of preparation of the future masters of tourism studies for the project professional activity is proposed; the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future masters in tourism studies for design professional activities are determined and substantiated: use of informational educational environment for the preparation of future masters in tourism science, project management activities using modern Internet technologies, use of e-learning tools for studying technological bases of project activity, use modern software for monitoring project activities. The model of the preparation of future masters in tourism science for design professional activity developed in the study is a system of didactic and educational tasks, which involves the presence of certain components. The purpose of this model is to increase the effectiveness of the process of preparing future masters in tourism studies for project professional activities. The mentioned model is based on the content structure of the project professional activity of future masters in tourism studies and contains the target, methodological and content, organizational and technological, evaluation and effective blocks. In particular, the main functions of the future masters of tourism studies in professional activities are: structural, organizational, technological, control; structural components of the organizational and technological unit of the model, which envisages the training of future masters in tourism research in design professional activities; content content of the educational process, which is based on electronic educational and methodological complexes of educational disciplines, electronic manuals and other ways of designing educational materials for the formation of professional competences of future masters in tourism studies; forms and types of educational process organization (full-time and part-time forms of education, self-education, advanced training); methods and means of teaching that are the basis of the activity of the pedagogical system, as well as the organizational and pedagogical conditions we have substantiated: use of informational educational environment for the preparation of future masters in tourism studies; management of project activity using modern Internet technologies; use of e-learning tools for studying technological bases of project activity; using modern software to control project activity. The level of future masters' training in tourism professional design activities depends to a large extent on the teacher's ability to use design technologies and all available learning tools, including computer-based ones, in the learning process. The conducted research allows to assert that the overwhelming part of the currently implemented higher education institutions methods of carrying out the professional training of future masters in tourism studies is implemented using information and communication technologies, the application of which allows to create in an educational institution a comprehensive system of professional training of future professionals - an informational educational environment that contains the teachers created elements of the informational-knowledge block in the form of electronic teaching and learning complex sat down, electronic teaching aids, pedagogical software and communication components and stimulates the preparation of future masters in tourism studies for the project professional activity, promotes the motivation of educational activities and is the driving force in shaping the professional and personal qualities of the future Master of Tourism Studies. The focus of educational projects on professional activity and creative self-realization of students ensures the development of their intellectual capabilities, volitional qualities, creative abilities, professional competences, since it is carried out in order to solve certain problems through a rational combination of theoretical knowledge and their practical application. The use of design technologies in the learning process of future masters in tourism is to put students in a socially, professionally or personally significant problem, the solution of which requires the acquisition of new knowledge, the combination of them with previously acquired life and study experience, the implementation of specific research activities, analysis of the results, formulation conclusions. The results of experimental and experimental work showed that the creation of sound organizational and pedagogical conditions and the use of information and communication technologies in the professional training of future masters in tourism studies qualitatively changes the educational process, provides intensification of the independent cognitive activity of students, promotes self-development and the ability to independently master the new knowledge and apply them in their future professional activities. As a result of the study, it was found that the integrated use of information and communication technologies involves the development and use of various types of educational, demonstration and controlling materials, network resources, social services, software. Their combination with traditional means of teaching helps to increase the efficiency of the educational process and increase the level of preparation of future masters in tourism studies for the project professional activity..
