Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу сучасного ринку ІТ технологій України, цифровізації суспільства на професійну підготовку фахівців ІТ-галузі. На погляд автора, цифровізація суспільства, впровадження цифрових технологій в усі сфери життя актуалізує потребу у нових спеціалістах, а саме ІТ- фахівців. В статті розкрито сучасні дослідження ринку ІТгалузі в Україні, та перспективи її розвитку. Виокремлено, що призначенням освіти (і фундаментальною метою освітнього процесу) є не лише формування певних знань і навичок (компетентностей як здатностей діяти), але й ретрансляція цінностей як основи мислення (осмислення життєвих колізій) і поведінки (професійної діяльності). Аналіз спеціальних досліджень дає підстави стверджувати, що цифровізація орієнтована на забезпечення формування цифрового суспільства, що інтенсивно й продуктивно залучає ІТ-технології для власних потреб (самореалізація, робота, відпочинок, навчання, дозвілля), а також для реалізації спільних соціально-економічних цілей. В освітній сфері цифровізація вимагає нових, зовсім інших компетенцій серед яких особливе місце займають вміння оперативно вирішувати завдання, знаходити необхідні інформацію та знання, вміти працювати у команді, бачити перспективу та готуватися до неї, вміти приймати рішення, розробляти та реалізовувати проєкти, відповідати на запити, будувати комунікації та партнерство. Саме на формуванні таких, ціннісно-деонтологічних аспектах наголошують провідні науковці під час професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців, зокрема ІТ-галузі. Цілісність освіти досягається рівною увагою як до формування фахових компетентностей, так і загальних (гуманітарних), до яких ми відносимо аксіологічні й деонтологічні компетентності. Дослідивши окреслену проблему, автор відзначає переваги і позитивні тенденції формування таких компетентностей у фахівців ІТ-галузі у відповідності до стану розвитку ІТ-галузі в Ураїні.

The article is devoted to the research of the influence of the modern market of IT technologies of Ukraine, digitalization of the society on the professional training of IT specialists. According to the author, the digitalization of society, the introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life highlights the need for new professionals, namely IT professionals. The article reveals modern research of the IT industry market in Ukraine and prospects for its development. It is emphasized that the purpose of education (and the fundamental goal of the educational process) is not only the formation of certain knowledge and skills (competencies as the ability to act), but also the retransmission of values as the basis of thinking (understanding life conflicts) and behavior (professional activity). Analysis of special studies suggests that digitalization is focused on ensuring the formation of a digital society that intensively and productively attracts IT for their own needs (self-realization, work, leisure, study, leisure), as well as to achieve common socio-economic goals. In the field of education, digitalization requires new, completely different competencies, among which a special place is occupied by the ability to quickly solve problems, find the necessary information and knowledge, be able to work in a team, see prospects and prepare for it, be able to make decisions, develop and implement projects. , build communications and partnerships. It is the formation of such value-deontological aspects that leading scientists emphasize during the professional training of future specialists, in particular in the IT industry. The integrity of education is achieved by equal attention to the formation of professional competencies and general (humanitarian), to which we include axiological and deontological competencies. Having studied the outlined problem, the author notes the advantages and positive trends in the formation of such competencies in IT professionals in accordance with the state of development of the IT industry in Ukraine.
