Використання фізкультурно – оздоровлювальних технологій у роботі з дітьми шостого року життя: дипломна робота

Abstract

У дипломній роботі теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено програму фізкультурно-оздоровлювальних занять для покращення здоров’я дітей 5-6 років. Проведено аналіз літературних і документальних джерел, що безпосередньо стосуються теми дипломної роботи. Подано матеріали, що розкривають стан здоров’я та важливість рухової активності дітей дошкільного віку; вікові особливості фізичного та психічного розвитку дітей 5-6 років; сучасні підходи щодо організації системи фізичного виховання дітей старшого дошкільного віку в закладах дошкільної освіти (ЗДО). Наведено обґрунтованість методів здійснених досліджень, їх адекватність щодо об’єкту, предмету, мети та завдань роботи, доцільність застосування запропонованих методів, описано організацію дослідження і контингент випробуваних., характеризуванно сучасні підходи до організації фізкультурно-оздоровлювальної роботи в закладах дошкільної освіти. Розкрито практичні аспекти інноваційних форм організації рухової активності, застосування здоров’язберігаючих технологій та впровадження технологій М. Єфименка в освітній процес закладу дошкільної освіти

The thesis is theoretically grounded and experimental the program of physical culture and rehabilitation classes for improving the health of children aged 5-6 years. An analysis of literary and documentary sources directly related to the topic of the thesis was carried out. Materials revealing the state of health and the importance of motor activity of preschool children are presented; age characteristics of physical and mental development of children 5-6 years old; modern approaches to the organization of the system of physical education of older preschool children in preschool education institutions. The validity of the research methods, their adequacy in relation to the object, subject, goal and tasks of the work, the expediency of using the proposed methods, the organization of the research and the contingent of subjects are described, and modern approaches to the organization of physical culture and health work in preschool education institutions are described. The practical aspects of innovative forms of organizing motor activity, the use of health-preserving technologies and the introduction of M. Yefimenko's technologies into the educational process of a preschool education institution are revealed
