До різноманіття інноваційних технологій, якими характеризується сучасний стан розвитку педагогічної науки і практики, належать арт-технології – створення й використання різних видів мистецтва для передачі почуттів та емоцій, що виходить за межі традиційної мистецької освіти. Їх основне завдання - забезпечити гармонійний і всебічний розвиток особистості молодшого школяра через художньо-творче самовираження, самопізнання та самореалізацію. Основною метою використання арт-технологій є гармонізація стану дитини через розвиток здатності самовираження. Заняття з використанням мистецьких технологій надають школярам сил, впевненості, можуть допомогти знайти вихід зі складної ситуації. Мистецькі технології відкривають простір для творчих пошуків педагога, адже прийняття і обробка образної інформації мають рівнозначну цінність і доповнюють одна одну. Саме вони є дієвим засобом підтримки психічного здоров'я молодших школярів, розвитку соціальних навичок та підвищення загального емоційного фону.

Artistic technologies open up space for the teacher's creative search, because the acceptance and processing of figurative information are of equal value and complement each other. They are an effective means of supporting the mental health of younger students, developing social skills and a general emotional background.
