Структурно-функціональна модель формування соціальної компетентності студентів-майбутніх учителів у процесі діяльності студентського самоврядування

Abstract

У статті теоретично обґрунтовано структурно-функціональну модель формування соціальної компетентності студентів-майбутніх учителів у процесі діяльності студентського самоврядування. Проаналізовані поняття «модель», «моделювання», «педагогічне моделювання». Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування соціальної компетентності студентів-майбутніх учителів, що містить такі блоки: цільовий (що передбачає визначення й реалізацію мети, завдань, принципів реалізації досліджуваного процесу); змістовно-діяльнісний блок (що містить методологічні підходи (системно-синергетичний, діяльнісний, особистісно орієнтований), змістове забезпечення, засоби, методи, форми, прийоми роботи, педагогічні умови формування досліджуваної якості, етапи (діагностичний, актуалізуючий, інформаційний, діяльнісний, моніторинговий); оцінно-результативний блок (критерії і показники оцінювання, очікуваний результат).The article theoretically substantiates the structural-functional model of formation of social competence of students-future teachers in the process of student self-government. The concepts of «model», «modeling», «pedagogical modeling» are analyzed. The essence and components of the structural and functional model of social competence of students-future teachers are revealed. The structural-functional model of formation of social competence of students-future teachers is developed, which includes such blocks: the target (which provides the definition and realization of the purpose, tasks, principles of realization of the studied process (multilevel content of student self-government activity, personal orientation of educational process, practical orientation and practical orientation) continuity of work of student self-government, continuity and continuity in realization of educational activity, orientation on dynamic and sociocultural stereotype of personality, integrity and organic activity of student self-government); content-activity block (including methodological approaches (system-synergetic, activity, personality-oriented), content support, means, methods, forms, methods of work, pedagogical conditions stages (diagnostic, actualizing, information, activity, monitoring); evaluation and performance unit (criteria and evaluation indicators, expected result).
