Мистецька підготовка майбутніх учителів початкових класів у контексті культурологічної парадигми освіти

Abstract

У статті актуалізується культурологічна спрямованість сучасної професійно-педагогічної освіти; обумовлено суттєве зростання ролі духовно-естетичних факторів у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів; висвітлено основні вимоги до змісту підготовки вчителя початкових класів в освітніх нормативних документах; окреслені основні теоретичні концепції культурологічної підготовки майбутніх учителів.

The culturological orientation of modern professional pedagogical education is in article staticized; it is caused the essential growth of a role of spiritual and esthetic factors in the course of vocational training of future teachers; the main requirements to the content of training of the elementary school teacher in educational normative documents are reflected; the main theoretical concepts of culturological training of future teachers are outlined. The scientific operating time of the last years concerning providing with the teacher the qualified leadership in art activity of pupils is analysed in educational process of elementary school. By the main direction of content of vocational training of the teacher it is his culturological orientation as one of the most important factors of high-quality performance of the main function of education determined; the attention is on formation of polycultural, pedagogical and national values concentrated. The historical aspect of the organization of art training of elementary school teachers in system of domestic pedagogical education is considered. The importance of studying of art disciplines as humanitarian to a component of culturological training of future teachers is noted. The attention on definition of the leading directions of culturological education, the theoretical principles, tasks and means of art training of future elementary school teachers is focused. The importance of organic unity of all-pedagogical and art training of future elementary school teachers is proved; need of introduction of the begun reforms in the fields of education, the solution of questions of her integration into world cultural space.
