Abstract
У статті на основі аналізу сучасних психологічних концепцій професійної ідентичності обґрунтовується її сутність як структурного компонента професійної самосвідомості, з’ясовуються психологічні особливості становлення професійної ідентичності в процесі підготовки психологів у ВНЗ, визначаються ключові етапи становлення професійної ідентичності в студентському віці.

In the article, based on the analysis of modern psychological concepts of professional identity, its essence as a structural component of professional self-awareness is substantiated, psychological peculiarities of the formation of professional identity in the process of preparation of psychologists in higher educational institutions are determined, the key stages of formation of professional identity in the student's age are determined. Professional self-awareness is formed on the basis of the correlation of the image of the profession with those knowledge that a person has about himself. In today's scientific circle there is no single definition of the concept of identity. The most widespread is the idea that under the identity one should understand the final result of the active process, which reflects the vision of the subject himself, his unique path of development, accompanied by a sense of identity to himself, integrity and certainty. The structure of the professional identity is multicomponent, which most often distinguishes its components as meanings, prototypes, and values as the foundation of the I-image. Realized professional identity is characterized by high degree of readiness of regulatory and semantic principles of behavior, mastery of professional experience, inclusion in the professional environment, awareness of yourself as a specialist. There are several factors that influence the formation of students' professional identity. Among the most important criteria is motivation-value. He characterizes the attitude of students to work, interest in their future professional activities, the integration of the norms and values of the profession in itself and includes an active desire for self-development, self-education.
