Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування ціннісного ставлення студентів вищих аграрних навчальних закладів до майбутньої професійної діяльності. У роботі з’ясовано та уточнено сутність поняття «ціннісне ставлення до професійної діяльності». Визначено, обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено комплекс педагогічних умов щодо формування ціннісного ставлення студентів аграрних ВНЗ до майбутньої професійної діяльності. Визначено та охарактеризовано критерії та рівні ціннісного ставлення студентів аграрних ВНЗ до майбутньої професійної діяльності. У дисертації представлена модель, теоретично обґрунтована та експериментально апробована методика, яка передбачає орієнтаційний, праксеологічний та комунікативно-творчий етапи.
Проведена дослідно-експериментальна робота підтвердила ефективність використання створеної методики формування ціннісного ставлення студентів аграрних ВНЗ до майбутньої професійної діяльності.
Диссертация посвящена проблеме формирования ценностного отношения студентов высших аграрных учебных заведений к будущей профессиональной деятельности. В работе выяснено и уточнено сущность понятия «ценностное отношение к профессиональной деятельности». Определены, обоснованы и экспериментально проверены педагогические условия по формированию ценностного отношения студентов аграрных вузов к будущей профессиональной деятельности. В диссертации представлена модель, теоретически обоснована и экпериментально апробирована методика, предполагающая ориентационный, праксеологический и коммуникативно-творческий этапы . Проведённая опытно-экспериментальная работа подтвердила эффективность использования созданной методики формирования ценностного отношения студентов аграрных вузов к будущей профессиональной деятельности.
The thesis is devoted to the formation of valuable attitudes of higher agricultural university students to future career.The problem is analyzed from the philosophic, sociological, psychological and pedagogical point of view in the theory and practice of higher education. This work defines and clarifies the essence of the concept of "valuable attitudes to future career " as holistic, integrative education in the structure of future agriculture specialist, the essence of which lies in recognizing the social importance of agricultural occupations; stable professional interest in agricultural labor; pursuit of self-actualization in agricultural production. It is established that the resistance value treatment is associated with emotional and volitional personality. Valueable attitude to the profession includes creative approach to it. Therefore, it was found that the structure of value attitude to the future profession includes the following components: cognitive (acquiring knowledge about the features of the profession, moral and spiritual values, awareness of individual importance of future performance, sustainable development professional interests), emotional (emotional experience the results of their labor) and behavioral (desire for active creative work). Structural and component analysis of the phenomenon of value treatment allowed figuring out criteria device of the research. In particular, the cognitive component defined such criteria as motivational values (indicators: motivation occupational choice and awareness of the features of future careers, positive motivation training activities, the need for professional self-improvement, self-esteem); and emotional values (indicators: responsibility, commitment, optimism, empathy, self-control, self-control, organization, discipline, dedication, persistence); for behavioral components - creative-activity (indicators: cognitive activity, independence, active lifestyle, creative initiative). Clarification of criteria and indicators of formation value attitude to the profession made it possible to establish that it can occur in varying degrees. Using tiered approach to diagnosis, are proposed three levels of value attitude to the profession: low, average, high. Determined and experimentally proved is complex of pedagogical conditions for the formation of valuable ratio of agricultural university students to future careers (providing value orientation of training content; involving students to professionally-valuable activities in the extracurricular and educational work, the development of dialogical-communicative interaction in the valuable-vocational environment). Methods of forming value attitude of university students for professional work cover system and extracurricular educational work of the university. An important element of the program is extracurricular educational work and a series of practical lessons for development value attitude to the profession. The objective is to create value attitude agricultural university students to future careers. Program objectives: to ensure the development of students' need for self-education and self-improvement of professional knowledge and skills; formation of professionally significant qualities of future farmers and the development of active professional positions; engaging students in the system of professional values, the formation of professional consciousness, responsibility, social and public activity. For the development of dialogic interaction and communication within the formation value attitude to the profession, we used a system of social and psychological technologies (training) and applied them in practice. The purpose of practical training cycle of development of communicative competence - training university students of business communication skills, allowing effectively build business cooperation, improve professional mobility, the value of professional activity, creating a favorable environment for the formation of values of the ratio of students to the profession. Forming experiment was carried out by us in three stages: orientation, praxeological, communicative – creative..An experimental work has confirmed the effectiveness of established methods based on predefined pedagogical conditions of valuable agricultural university students' attitudes to future career.
