Трансформаційні процеси в музейній сфері сучасної Вінниччини

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості трансформаційних процесів в музейній сфері періоду державної незалежності України, аналізуються традиційні та інноваційні напрями діяльності провідних музеїв Вінницької області. Визначено основні проблеми у функціонуванні музейних закладів регіону та окреслено можливі шляхи їх подолання.

В статье рассматриваются особенности трансформационных процессов в музейной сфере периода независимости Украины, анализируются традиционные и инновационные направления деятельности ведущих музеев Винницкой области. Определены основные проблемы в функционировании музеев региона и намечены возможные пути их решения.

The article examines peculiarities of the transformational processes in the museum sphere of the Ukrainian state independence period. A museum in cooperation with the other socio-cultural institutions – educational and cultural establishments, community organizations, national-cultural associations – is gradually transforming into significant cultural center. The major factors of transformation of the museum as a socio-cultural institution include development of information and communication technologies, political and economic changes in the society. The article provides an analysis of the traditional and innovative directions in the activity of the leading museums of the region. Among the most successful innovations one can name potters’ en plein air (museum of the potter art named after O. Lutsyshyn), the Art Salon, Center of the museum pedagogics, project “Telemuseum. The history of one painting” (Art Museum), etc. Thus the museum is approximating to the entertainment industry component, its recreational function is actively developing. The major problems of the museums functioning, related to protection and preservation of the museum fund and strengthening of the material-technical base, have been identified in the article as well as the possible solutions of the given problems have been outlined. The basic forms and methods of financial provision of the museums in the process of their transformation turns to be an effective legislative basis, support of the business organizations (sponsorship, charity), commercial activity of their own, technology of establishing the contact with the public. Aiming at enlargement of the museum audience and examining the guests’ needs, the museum establishments introduce various marketing technologies. Over the time of Ukraine’s independence the museums of Vinnytsia region have stimulated their activity targeted on regaining historical memory, restoring national traditions, cooperation with art organizations in terms of coordination of regional and country-wide events.
