Результати діагностики мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь молодших школярів.

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано результати діагностики мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь молодших школярів, оскільки постає потреба у вихованні творчої особистості, яка здатна генерувати нестандартні ідеї, створювати продукти творчої діяльності. Нами встановлено, що саме від позитивної мотивації, зацікавленості учнів мистецтвом залежить ефективність та результативність творчого освітнього процесу. Метою наукової роботи є висвітлення результатів діагностики мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь учнів молодшого шкільного віку. Зокрема, у статті зазначено, що основними компонентами творчих умінь є мотиваційний, знаннєвий, операційний та комунікативний. Особлива увага зосереджена на аналізі мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь, розкрито його сутність та висвітлено результати констатувального етапу експериментального дослідження. Встановлено, що задоволення потреб, які пов’язані із мотивами, спонукають до діяльності. Визначено критерії та показники мотиваційного компоненту: наявність внутрішніх стимулів та мотивів займатися творчістю; особистісна зацікавленість творчістю; прагнення до самовираження та самореалізації в творчій діяльності. У статті описано методи педагогічного дослідження, які були використані для діагностики рівнів сформованості мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь (анкетування, тестування); представлено кількісні дані за кожним показником мотиваційно-особистісного критерію. Узагальнивши результати за трьома показниками мотиваційно-особистісного критерію, нами було представлено відомості щодо рівнів сформованості мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь в учнів молодшого шкільного віку. В більшості молодших школярів констатовано достатній рівень сформованості мотиваційного компоненту творчих умінь. Результати досліджень свідчать про необхідність удосконалення освітнього процесу, задля підвищення мотивації учнів молодшого шкільного віку до творчості.

The article analyzes the results of diagnostics of the motivational component of creative skills of junior schoolchildren, as there is a need to educate a creative person who is able to generate nonstandard ideas, create products of creative activity. We have stated that the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative educational process depend on the positive motivation and interest of students in art. The purpose of scientific work is to highlight the results of the diagnosis of the motivational component of creative skills of primary school students. In particular, the article states that the main components of creative skills are motivational, cognitive, operational and communicative, but considers in detail the motivational component of creative skills, reveals its essence and highlights the results of the ascertaining stage of experimental research. It has been established that the satisfaction of needs related to motives motivates activity. The criteria and indicators of the motivational component are determined, in particular, the following: the presence of internal incentives and motives to be creative; personal interest in creativity; striving for self-expression and self-realization in creative activity. The article describes the methods of pedagogical research that were used to diagnose the levels of formation of the motivational component of creative skills (questionnaires, testing) and tables and graphically presents the quantitative data of respondents for each indicator of motivational and personal criteria. Summarizing the results of the three indicators of motivational and personal criteria, we presented information on the levels of formation of the motivational component of creative skills in primary school students. In particular, it was stated in the majority of junior schoolchildren that there is a sufficient level of formation of the motivational component of creative skills. The results of research indicate the need to improve the educational process in order to increase the motivation of primary school students to creativity.
