Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано акмеологічні аспекти дослідження проблеми професійного саморозвитку майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Окреслено два підходи до визначення сутності саморозвитку особистості. Наголошено на розумінні саморозвитку майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва з позицій акмеології як прагнення до саморозкриття й саморозгортання їхнього творчого потенціалу; свідомого процесу професійного самовдосконалення з метою ефективної самореалізації в майбутній професійній діяльності на основі внутрішньо значущих устремлінь і зовнішніх впливів; цілеспрямованої, багатоаспектної самозміни, що слугує меті максимального духовно-морального й діяльнісно-практичного самоздійснення в професійній діяльності.
The article describes acmeological aspects of research on the problem of professional self-development of future teachers of music art. Determination of personal qualities of the prospective teacher, features of his professional activities and development and formation of professional skills of self-development are the main directions of improvement of pedagogical education. Teachers are entrusted the special responsibility for continuous professional self-development, as they perform a function of realizing and enriching of state intellectual and professional potential. Training of prospective teacher in modern conditions must be built as a system of conditions as for ensuring his/her professional development and self-development. Theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological studies on problem of personality’s development and self-improvement gave the opportunity to determine self-development of personality as purposeful, systematic, highly organized and creative activities, the process of purposeful creative changes by personality of own spiritual values, moral and ethical, activity-practical, sensual, intellectual, charactorological features for the most successful achievements of life purposes and more effective implementation of own human and social aims. Professional self-development is determined as conscious human activities aimed at full self-realization as a personality in the social sphere that identifies by profession. The article describes the acmeological aspects of professional self-development of future music teachers. The article explains self-development of future music teachers from the acmeology perspective. Self-development reveals the creative potential of students; conscious process of professional development. It will help to effectively self-realize in professional activities.
