Abstract

Старший дошкільний вік є одним із найважливіших періодів у процесі формування особистості людини. Саме в цьому віковому періоді закладаються основи здоров’я, відбувається інтенсивний розвиток фізичних якостей, необхідних для участі у різних формах рухового режиму. Об’єктом дослідження є система здоров’язбережувальної діяльності з дітьми дошкільного віку в закладі дошкільної освіти. Предметом дослідження є зміст системи здоров’язбережувальної діяльності в закладі дошкільної освіти. В першому розділі роботи досліджені здоров’язбережувальні технології, особливості організації рухової діяльності дітей, проаналізований стан досліджуваної проблеми в практиці роботи закладів дошкільної освіти. Рreschool age is one of the most important periods in the process of forming a person's personality. It is during this age period that the foundations of health are laid, and the physical qualities necessary for participation in various types of movement are intensively developed. The object of the research is the system of health-preserving activities with preschool children in the institution of preschool education. The subject of the research is the content of the system of health-preserving activity in the institution of preschool education. In the first section of the work, health-preserving technologies, peculiarities of the organization of children's motor activities, the state of the researched problem in the practice of preschool education institutions are analyzed. The second chapter highlights the practical principles of implementing the researched problem
