Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито особливості управління в системі охорони здоров’я на прикладі реабілітаційної установи. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретико-методологічний аналіз управління системними змінами в сфері охорони здоров’я, зокрема управління реабілітаційною установою. Лікарні та інші організації в сфері охорони здоров’я виконують організаційну, координуючу, системну роль для організації надання послуг населенню. У сфері менеджменту організацій охорони здоров’я та координації лікарень необхідно популяризувати сучасні елементи менеджменту (технології організації відділів, діловодства та документообігу, залучення донорів до участі у фінансуванні, створення інформаційної бази, налагодження контактів з іншими організаціями) тощо. Управління «ДРУЦКРОІ «Поділля» з урахуванням методів сучасного управління дозволяє оптимізувати структуру, вдосконалити комунікацію, сприяє покращенню надання медичних та інформаційних послуг, сприяє соціальній відповідальності тощо.The qualification work reveals the features of management in the healthcare system using the example of a rehabilitation institution. The purpose of the qualification work is a theoretical and methodological analysis of the management of systemic changes in the healthcare sector, in particular the management of a rehabilitation institution. Hospitals and other healthcare organizations perform an organizational, coordinating, and systemic role in organizing the provision of services to the population. In the field of healthcare organization management and hospital coordination, it is necessary to popularize modern elements of management (technologies for organizing departments, office work and document flow, attracting donors to participate in financing, creating an information base, establishing contacts with other organizations), etc. Management of «DRUTSKROI «Podillya» taking into account modern management methods allows you to optimize the structure, improve communication, helps improve the provision of medical and information services, promotes social responsibility, etc.
