Компетентнісний підхід у підготовці майбутніх учителів англійської мови.

Abstract

У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти реалізації компетентнісного підходу в підготовці майбутніх учителів англійської мови. Окреслено основні компоненти у викладанні англійської мови: виховний, розвивальний, освітній та практичний. Розкрито основні принципи технології комунікативного методу навчання англійської мови. Головною метою системи підготовки педагогічних кадрів є формування професійної компетентності майбутніх вчителів у відповідності зі визначеними стандартами, що передбачає розвиток їхнього творчого потенціалу, педагогічної майстерності, підвищення інтелектуального і загальнокультурного рівня. Підготовка майбутніх учителів англійської мови в умовах компетентнісного підходу сприяє формуванню в них здатностей розв’язувати професійні завдання, підсилює практичну спрямованість освіти, підкреслює роль досвіду, висуває на перший план не лише інформованість, а й уміння вирішувати життєві та професійні проблеми. При підготовці компетентного вчителя англійської мови необхідно реалізувати власне комунікативне навчання спілкування цією мовою і виходити з основних принципів компетентнісного підходу.

The article deals with some aspects for competency-based approach to the training of future English teachers. Main components in the English teaching were indicated. These are educative, developmental, educational and practical. It also reveals main principles of technologies in English language study communicative methods. The author came to the conclusion that the competence reorientation of Ukrainian education is an actual complex theoretical and practical problem-the realization of competence approach in professional training future teachers of foreign languages in the process, and the higher school of Ukraine is in the process, and the higher school of Ukraine have not yet acquired sufficient experience on its implementation. The main component and the main task of higher education teaching personnel as purposeful, specially organized process of formation of professionally competent personality. The main goal of this process is to bring the professional competence of future teachers in accordance with defined standards, which involves the development of their creative potential, pedagogical skills, improve intellectual and cultural level. Training of future teachers in conditions of competence approach contributes to the formation of their abilities to solve professional problems, strengthen the practical orientation, emphasizes the role of experience, brings to the fore not only awareness, but also the ability to solve life and professional issues. In the preparation of competent teachers of English need to implement a truly communication learning to communicate in this language and proceed from the basic principles of the competence approach.
