Формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена проблемі формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці. З’ясовано стан проблеми формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю в процес підготовки кваліфікованих робітників у професійно-технічних навчальних закладах з метою підвищення рівня пізнавальних інтересів учнів ПТНЗ. У роботі розглядаються особливості формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці. Визначено і описано організаційно-педагогічні умови формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці, показники, критерії та рівні економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю, модель формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці. Представлено методичні основи, методику й експериментальний аналіз формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці. Здійснено аналіз дослідження ефективності застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для формування економічної компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників будівельного профілю у фаховій підготовці

Диссертация посвящена проблеме формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке. Выяснено состояние проблемы формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в процесс подготовки квалифицированных рабочих в профессионально-технических учебных заведениях с целью повышения уровня познавательных интересов учащихся ПТУ. В работе рассматриваются особенности формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке. Определены и описаны организационно-педагогические условия формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке, показатели, критерии и уровни экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля, модель формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке. Представлены методические основы, методика и экспериментальный анализ формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке. Осуществлен анализ исследования эффективности применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий для формирования экономической компетентности будущих квалифицированных рабочих строительного профиля в профессиональной подготовке.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of the economic competence of future skilled workers of the building profile in the professional training. The state of the problem of forming the economic competence of future skilled construction workers in the process of preparation of skilled workers in vocational schools in order to raise the level of cognitive interests of students of vocational schools is clarified. The peculiarities of forming the economic competence of future skilled construction workers in the professional training are considered. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for forming the economic competence of future skilled construction workers in the professional training, indicators, criteria and level of economic competence of future skilled construction workers, and the model of formation of economic competence of future skilled construction workers in the professional training are defined and described. The methodical bases, methodology and experimental analysis of formation of economic competence of future skilled workers of the building profile in the professional training are presented. The analysis of the effectiveness of the application of information and communication technologies for the formation of the economic competence of future skilled construction workers in the professional training is carried out. The efficiency of application of information and communication technologies for formation of economic competence of future skilled workers of building profile in professional preparation is proved in the work. Developed in the research model of economic competence of students in vocational schools in professional training is a system of teaching and educational goals of the presence of certain components. The purpose of this model is to improve the preparation process economically competent skilled workers building profiles. This model is based on the semantic structure of economic competence of future skilled workers and building profile contains a target, content, technology, Evaluation and efficient units. Along with science and high technology, the most important area of innovation economy are as creative industries and creative economy as a whole, based on creativity and intellectual capital. The purpose of increasing the competitiveness of skilled workers in developed countries was the education reform and the introduction of STEM-education - an integrated approach to learning, in which academic science and technology concepts studied in the context of real life. Introduction to the educational process of vocational education elements STEAM-education possible in the present situation on the principles of problem-based learning using interdisciplinary projects or business games. Work in this project allows to improve the professional, economic, legal and other expertise, formed on the lessons of general and vocational theoretical subjects that constitute structural elements STEAM-education. The focus on educational projects and professional activities of self-actualization provides students develop their intellectual capacities, volitional qualities, creativity, economic competence, as carried out in order to solve certain problems through rational combination of theoretical knowledge with their practical application. Obviously, the use of design technology in the educational process of future skilled workers building structure is staged to students socially, professionally or personally meaningful problems whose solution requires the acquisition of new knowledge, combining them with the previously obtained life and learning experience, the implementation of specific research action analysis the results, drawing conclusions. The results of experimental research showed that the use of dedicated organizational and pedagogical conditions and ICT in professional training of skilled workers building structure qualitatively changes the learning process provides intensification of independent learning of students creates the necessary conditions for self-development and the ability to perform continuous acquisition of new knowledge and apply them in their future careers. The study found that comprehensive use of ICT involves the development and use of different types of training, demonstration and control materials, computer simulators and models, their combination with traditional teaching aids as increased efficiency of educational process and increasing the level of formation of economic competence of skilled workers building structure.
