Abstract
В статті вивчаються підходи до розуміння сутності саногенного мислення та його ролі в особистісно-професійному становленні майбутнього психолога. Саногенне мислення розглядається як інтегративна характеристика майбутнього психолога, що виражається у його здатності й готовності до побудови та реалізації ефективної стратегії збереження власного професійного здоров’я. Проаналізовано рівні сформованості саногенного мислення майбутніх фахівців у сфері психології. Здійснено психологічний аналіз структури саногенного мислення майбутніх фахівців у сфері психології. Доведено, що саногенне мислення як технологія, що спирається на внутрішні цілі, на досягнення більш повної інтеграції уявлення про себе, про суб’єктивні ознаки власної професійної діяльності, виступає важливим компонентом системи продуктивного особистісно-професійного розвитку майбутнього психолога.
The article examines the main approaches of understanding the essence of sanogenic thinking and its role in the personality-professional formation of a future psychologist. Sanogenic thinking is considered as an integrative characteristic of a future psychologist, expressed in his ability and readiness to build and implement an effective strategy for the preservation of his own professional health. The levels of formation of sanogenic thinking of future specialists in the field of psychology are analyzed. A psychological analysis of the structure of sanogenic thinking of future specialists in the field of psychology is carried out. It is proved that sanogenic thinking as a technology based on internal goals to achieve a more complete integration of the concept of oneself, about the subjective attributes of one's own professional activities, is an important component of the system of productive personal and professional development of the future psychologist. It is revealed that the high level of development of sanogenic thinking in future psychologists gives them the opportunity to effectively solve a considerable number of professional problems and opens up prospects for effective innovation and professional activity in the field of psychology. It was established that the development of sanogenic thinking in the process of personal and professional formation of the future psychologist is an extension of the life-professional perspective, including the formation of a system of social and occupational-psychological values that significantly affect the creation of their own safe professional environment. It is determined that the formation of the ability to a high level of manifestation of sanogenic thinking determines the success of future professional activities in the field of psychology, which, in turn, is both a condition and a personal result of the future psychologist and, of course, involves the development of his professional subjectivity.
