Педагогічні умови методики оцінювання розвитку рухової активності учнів середнього шкільного віку

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему розвитку рухової активності в сучасній педагогіці фізичного виховання. Вона залишається актуальною й зумовлена наявністю суперечностей між реальним станом фізичної культури учнів та потребами загальної середньої освіти в цілеспрямованому вирішенні цього педагогічного завдання. Обґрунтовано педагогічні умови методики оцінювання розвитку рухової активності учнів середнього шкільного віку: 1. Формування мотиваційної готовності учнів до свідомого заняття фізичними вправами. 2. Використання на уроках фізичної культури різноманіття фізичних вправ, особливо хореографічних, з доцільною їхньою вибірковістю. 3. Формування в учнів середнього шкільного віку здатності до свідомого узгодження рухів з диханням. 4. Дотримання методичного підходу до організації і побудови навчання розвитку рухової активності учнів середнього шкільного віку, який ґрунтується на моделюванні різних дидактичних умов діяльності.The method of development of motor activity in modern pedagogy of physical education is analyzed in the article. It remains relevant and is contradicted by the existence of contradictions between the real state of physical education of students and the needs of general secondary education in the purposeful solution of this pedagogical task. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions of the method of evaluation of the development of motor activity of middle school age students in physical education lessons. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literary sources; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics and pedagogical observations on the organization of the educational process in order to identify, identify and solve the most pressing issues of the problem under study. Scientific novelty: The method of assessment of motor activity of schoolchildren allows to analyze in detail the individual indicators of the development of motor activity of middle school students. The main idea of the technique is to apply and evaluate the physical activity of students in the physical education lesson. Testing of this technique in practice, allowed to determine its effectiveness: Positive changes in the development of coordination of movements of middle school students (improvement of stability of postures (equilibrium), coordination of movements (complete exercise)), positive changes in the level of knowledge of the picture of the world and in general motor activity. The article substantiates pedagogical conditions of the method of evaluation of the development of motor activity of middle school age students: 1. Formation of students' motivational readiness for conscious exercise. 2. Use in physical education lessons a variety of physical exercises, especially choreographic ones, with appropriate selectivity. 3. Formation in the middle school age of students the ability to consciously coordinate movements with breathing. 4. Adherence to the methodical approach to the organization and construction of the training of motor activity development of secondary school students, which is based on the simulation of various didactic conditions of activity.
