Особливості підготовки творчої особистості вчителя початкової школи в контексті вимог НУШ.

Abstract

У статті розглянуто актуальні проблеми та конкретизацію методів і засобів підготовки творчої особистості майбутніх учителів початкових класів у закладах вищої освіти до реалізації основних завдань Концепції «Нова українська школа», з урахуванням нового Професійного стандарту вчителя та євроінтеграційних устремлінь України. Показано, що сучасній початковій школі потрібен учитель із сформованими творчими задатками до освітньої діяльності, який, крім загальних і фахових компетенцій, наукового світогляду, досконало володіє організаційнопедагогічними, моральними та комунікативними компетенціями. Основну увагу закцентовано на особливостях інноваційно-гуманістичної освітньої діяльності закладів вищої освіти педагогічного спрямування в підготовці вчителя нової генерації та ролі дисциплін психолого-педагогічного циклу в системі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів.

The article considers topical issues and concretization of methods and means of preparation of creative personality of future primary school teachers in higher education institutions to implement the main tasks of the Concept "New Ukrainian School", taking into account the new Professional Standard of Teachers and European integration aspirations of Ukraine. It is shown that the reforms in primary school have led to the development and introduction of new algorithms in educational activities and teacher training in higher education institutions, to work according to new State standards created in the context of the NUSH Concept, whose philosophy is based on generally accepted democratic principles. The main attention is focused on the features of innovative and humanistic educational activities of higher education institutions of pedagogical direction in the training of teachers of the new generation and the role of disciplines of the psychological and pedagogical cycle in the system of professional training of future teachers. An effective solution to this problem is seen in giving priority to the innovationhumanistic component of the educational process and its competence in general secondary education and, in particular, in its primary level. To do this, a modern school needs a teacher with formed creative talents for educational activities. The modern teacher, called to form an innovative educational environment in primary school, he must be familiar with innovative pedagogical technologies and interactive methods of the educational process. In addition to general and professional competencies, scientific worldview, such a teacher must have perfect organizational and pedagogical (formation of pedagogical and psychological tact, the ability to work in the triad "teacher-student-parents"; educational activities to build on the principles of clear organization and consistency in action efficiency in assessment, etc.), moral (honesty, fairness, respect for students, etc.) and communicative (ability to establish contact and listen, show the ability to compromise decisions, etc.) competencies.
