Проблема формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності майбутніх інженерів з охорони праці в науковій літературі

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності в майбутніх інженерів з охорони праці в закладах вищої освіти. Автор роботи відзначає актуальність формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності в майбутніх інженерів з охорони праці як менеджерів системи управління охороною праці задля профілактики виробничого травматизму та професійних захворювань на виробництві. Здійснено аналіз досліджуваної проблеми в науковій літературі та педагогічній практиці. Установлено, що у вітчизняній педагогічній науці питання безпечного існування людини розглядають за двома напрямками: культура безпеки життєдіяльності та культури безпеки. Виявлено, що процесу формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності безпосередньо в майбутніх інженерів з охорони праці приділено недостатню увагу. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані як теоретична основа для розробки концептуальних положень формування культури безпеки.

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of the culture of safety of professional activity of future occupational safety and health engineers in higher education institutions. The author notes the relevance of the formation of the culture of safety of professional activity in future occupational safety engineers as managers of occupational safety management in order to prevent occupational injuries and workplace diseases. The analysis of the research problem on the formation of culture of safety of professional activity in future occupational safety and health engineers in the scientific literature and pedagogical practice is carried out. It is established that in the domestic pedagogical science the issues of safe human existence are considered in two directions: the culture of life safety and the culture of safety. It was found that the process of formation of the culture of safety of professional activity of future safety engineers is given insufficient attention. In the considered scientific and pedagogical works, the questions of essence and structure of the culture of safety of professional activity remained unclarified, the principles and laws of its formation are not clearly defined. There are no studies that present a scientifically sound model of the formation of the culture of safety of professional activities of future safety engineers. The issue of determining the structural components and criteria of the culture of safety of professional activity remains debatable. Theoretical research methods used in the work are analysis, systematization, and generalization of scientific and pedagogical literature as well as dissertation research works on the problem of formation and development of safety culture, classification, comparison, comparative analysis. The methodological basis of the study includes scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, which consider the ideas of systemic, humanistic, culturological, axiological, competence, subject-subject, and activity approaches. The results of the study can be used as a theoretical basis for the development of conceptual provisions for the formation of the culture of safety.
