Сучасні тенденції розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти в Україні

Abstract

У статті на основі аналізу недоліків у системі вищої педагогічної освіти України визначені перспективні напрями її вдосконалення. В основу системи підготовки педагогічних кадрів, що має інноваційний характер, покладено Проект концепції розвитку освіти України (2015-2025 рр.). Зазначено, що реалізація принципів цієї концепції передбачає вирішення низки стратегічних завдань: створення особистісно орієнтованої концепції педагогічної освіти; введення багаторівневої системи підготовки педагогічних працівників; розробки нормативно-правової бази діяльності освітніх установ і всієї системи педагогічної освіти; оновлення змісту педагогічної освіти; розвитку структури мережі установ безперервної педагогічної освіти. Розглянута структурно-рівнева модель особистості вчителя, яка має бути покладена в основу модернізації педагогічної освіти. Підготовка творчих фахівців сфери освіти передбачає оновлення інформаційного фонду та створення нових інформаційних і педагогічних технологій. Створення цілісної системи особистісно орієнтованої педагогічної освіти передбачає пошук нових форм і технологій включення студентів у практичну діяльність.

The article, based on the analysis of shortcomings in the system of higher pedagogical education of Ukraine, identifies promising areas for improvement. The project of the concept of development of education of Ukraine (2015-2025) is the basis of the system of teacher training, which has an innovative character. It is noted that the implementation of the principles of this concept involves solving a number of strategic tasks: the creation of a personality-oriented concept of teacher education; introduction of a multilevel system of teacher training; development of normative-legal base of activity of educational institutions and all system of pedagogical education; updating the content of pedagogical education; development of the structure of the network of institutions of continuous pedagogical education. Emphasis is placed on the tasks of training specialists in the field of education. The ways of improvement of higher pedagogical education are determined: fundamentalization of the subject component of professional training of teachers; coordination of the content of pedagogical education with various programs of general secondary education; development of educational-material and technical base of institutions of higher pedagogical education; formation of future teachers' skills of independent scientific research and professional self-development. The structural-level model of the teacher's personality is considered, which should be the basis for the modernization of pedagogical education. Training of creative specialists in the field of education involves updating the information fund and creating new information and pedagogical technologies. Creating a holistic system of personality-oriented pedagogical education involves the search for new forms and technologies of inclusion of students in practical activities.
