Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано сутність, значення та зміст компетентнісного підходу в професійній підготовці менеджерів галузі освіти. Дослідження показали, що компетентнісний підхід переорієнтовує процес освіти на отримання відповідного результату в діяльнісному аспекті, забезпечує спроможність менеджера освітнього процесу відповідати новим запитам ринку, а також розвиває особистісний потенціал фахівця для практичного розв’язання життєвих проблем і пошуку власного «Я» в професійній сфері та соціальній структурі.
The article is devoted to analyze the application of competency approach in professional preparation of managers of education sphere. The article substantiated the meaning and the definition of the competency approach in professional preparation of managers of education sphere. The authors defined that the basic of competency approach formation is based on the individual. Such individual owns not only vital and necessary knowledge but also high moral qualities, culture of thinking. In addition, such person can adequately operate according to the situation and the environmental requirements using personal experiences and undertake responsibility. The research has shown that the competency approach is refocusing the education process toward of priority and achieve the results in the activity aspect. Also, it provides manager’s abilities to respond to the modern request of the market. Using such approach can develop the individual potential of manager for practical solution of problems and searching your own “Self” in professional areal and social structure. Also, the authors have analyzed such categories as “competence” and “competency”. These categories are being considered far and wide in pedagogical science. The article also defines that the basis of rational and quality professional preparation of education manager is the effective organization of educational process at higher education. Such process provides the potential way from cognition to selfknowledge, self-improvement and using creative approach to management activity.
