Аксіологічні аспекти дослідження проблеми професійного саморозвитку майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва.

Abstract

У статті характеризуються аксіологічні аспекти дослідження проблеми професійного саморозвитку майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Схарактеризовано аксіологічний підхід, що спонукає під час відбору змісту, методів, форм підготовки майбутніх педагогів до безперервного професійного саморозвитку враховувати їхні ціннісні орієнтації. Доведено, що аксіологічний підхід є органічно притаманним сучасній музичній педагогіці, оскільки він орієнтований на людину як найвищу цінність. Описано сутність аксіологічного підходу, що полягає у спрямуванні педагогічної діяльності на гуманістичний розвиток особистості, за якого кожний учасник педагогічного процесу є активним ціннісно-мотивованим суб’єктом діяльності, а найважливішим завданням є розкриття цінностей як сутнісних характеристик особистості майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва.

The article describes the axiological approach to the study of the problem of professional self-development of future teachers of music. The axiological approach takes into account the value orientations of students. The axiological approach is important for modern pedagogy. It focuses on the person as the highest value. The article describes the essence of the axiological approach. It consists in directing pedagogical activity to the humanistic development of the individual. Possibilities of development of value orientations of students during practice are described. During the internship, students get acquainted with the real problems of a music teacher. During the internship, they attend schools, observe music lessons in elementary school and elementary school. In the process of practice, students have the opportunity to prove themselves as a teacher. They analyze the lessons of music art of teachers, prepare and conduct fragments of lessons, conduct extracurricular musical activities. This contributes to the formation of the foundations of pedagogical skills and has a positive effect on the formation of their value orientations. The axiological approach provides direction of activity of teachers in the course of professional preparation of the teacher-musician on humanistic development of the person. Preparing future teachers for professional self-development is impossible without turning to values. Values determine the basis of vocational education.
