Актуальність застосування компетентнісного підходу в професійній освіті

Abstract

Інтеграційні процеси України зумовлюють реформування системи професійної освіти, що полягає в переорієнтації мети освіти, підходів, принципів, методів, технологій навчання. Зміни у структурі системи професійної освіти, передбачає підготовку конкурентоспроможного та висококваліфікованого фахівця, який має володіти усіма професійними та особистісними компетенціями, що забезпечить йому перспективу на сучасному ринку праці. У статті висвітлено питання компетентнісного підходу в професійній освіті, проаналізовано сутність поняття «компетентнісного підходу», визначено його сутність та структуру; схарактеризовано ключові поняття дослідження «компетенції» та «компетентність»; здійснено історико-ретроспективний аналіз поняття «компетентнісний підхід», визначено особливості досліджуваного поняття. Авторами дано порівняльну характеристику властивостей різних педагогічних підходів, що широко використовуються у сучасній педагогічній науці. Авторським колективом встановлено, що компетентнісний підхід, будучи орієнтованим, перш за все, на нове бачення мети та оцінки результатів професійної освіти, висуває свої вимоги і до інших складових освітнього процесу – змісту, педагогічних технологій, засобів контролю та оцінки.

The integration processes in Ukraine cause the reform of the vocational education system, which consists in reorientation of the purpose of education, approaches, principles, methods, technologies of teaching.The changes in the structure of the system of vocational education involves the training of a competitive and highly qualified specialist who must possess all the professional and personal competences that will provide him with a perspective in the modern labor market. The issue of the training specialists at the present stage is no longer solely at the national level. This problem lies at the interstate, national and regional levels, because modern youth must be competitive, mobile, multifunctional in their professional activities. That is why the question of developing and expanding of the competency approach in secondary and higher education for the formation of different kinds of competences in young people will become their key to professional demand and career development. The article covers the issues of competence approach in vocational education, analyzes the essence of the concept of "competence approach", defines its essence and structure; characterized the key concepts of the study of "competence" and "competence"; a historical and retrospective analysis of the concept of "competence approach" is made, the features of the studied concept are determined. The authors give a comparative description of the properties of different pedagogical approaches, which are widely used in modern pedagogical science. The team of authors found out that the competent approach, being oriented primarily to a new vision of the purpose and evaluation of the results of vocational education, put its demands on other components of the educational process – content, pedagogical technologies, means of control and evaluation.
