Професійна освіта в ХХІ столітті: проблеми і перспективи

Abstract

На основі системного аналізу сучасних глобальних проблем розвитку людської цивілізації в статті розглянуті головні проблеми концепції перспективної системи професійної освіти в першій половині ХХІ століття. Найважливішими з них є фундаменталізація всієї системи освіти, а також надання їй випереджувального характеру, орієнтація на вимоги й умови постіндустріального інформаційного суспільства. Створення перспективної системи освіти, що здатна підготувати населення Землі до нових умов постіндустріальної цивілізації – одна з найбільш важливих і актуальних проблем сучасного суспільства, в тому числі в Україні. Освіта – це шлях у майбутнє, а професійна освіта – це майбутнє економіки кожної країни й її господарства. Це єдина надія на подолання глобальної кризи сучасної цивілізації, на створення необхідних умов для виживання та подальшого безпечного розвитку людства в ім’я миру. Ми констатували, що зв'язок між станом проблеми і рівнем благополуччя нації, можливостями її подальшого соціально-економічного розвитку, поки що недостатньо усвідомлені. Про це свідчить недостатня увага, що приділяється проблемам освіти, а також рівнем фінансування сфери освіти, який нині є й який далеко не відповідає ні стратегічній важливості, ні масштабам цієї глобальної проблеми. Що стосується інших актуальних проблем сучасності, подальший розвиток яких і є змістом головних викликів ХХІ століття, і може привести нашу цивілізацію до фатальних наслідків, то ці проблеми є наслідком некерованої техногенної діяльності людини. Глибинні корені цих проблем містяться не в технічній, а в гуманітарній сфері, в світогляді, освіченості та вихованні самої людини. Тому проблема освіти і виховання людини, формування її гуманістичного світогляду на основі синтезу новітніх знань як у галузі природничих, так і гуманітарних наук, є найважливішою та актуальною проблемою сучасності.

Basing on the system analysis of the contemporary global problems of human civilization development the author considers the main issues of the professional education perspective system concept in the first half of the XXI century. The most significant of them is the fundamentalization of the whole education system as well as giving it a forward-looking character, focusing on the post-industrial society requirements and conditions. Creation of a perspective education system which is capable of preparing the Earth’s population for the new conditions of the post-industrial civilization is one of the modern society’s most important and topical problems both in Ukraine. Education is a path to the future; the professional education is the future of our country’s economy. It is the only hope for overcoming the contemporary civilization global crisis, and for creation the necessary conditions for the humanity survival and its further safe development in the name of peace. The author has stated that the connection between the problem’s status, the nation’s prosperity level, and the possibilities for the nation’s further socio-economic development, is still not well understood. This is evidenced by the lack of attention which is paid to the education problems, as well as the education funding level which corresponds neither to the strategic importance nor to the magnitude of this global problem. With regard to other contemporary global problems, the further development of which is the content of the XXI century’s main challenges, and can lead our civilization to fatal consequences, so these problems are the result of the uncontrolled man-caused activities. The deep roots of these problems are not in the technical, but in the humanitarian sphere, in a person’s outlook, education and upbringing. Therefore, the problem of a person’s education and upbringing depends on the formation of his (her) humanistic worldview on the basis of the latest knowledge both in the field of Natural Sciences and the Humanities, and is the most important and topical problem of the present.
