Модель формування техніко-технологічної компетентності бакалаврів професійної освіти за спеціалізацією «Транспорт».

Abstract

В статті схарактеризована модель формування техніко-технологічної компетентності бакалаврів професійної освіти за спеціалізацією «Транспорт» та її структурні елементи: мотиваційно-цільовий, методологічний, організаційно-діяльнісний, контрольно-результативний блоки. Доведено, що для успішної реалізації розробленої моделі мають виконуватися такі педагогічні умови: забезпечення мотиваційноціннісного ставлення здобувачів вищої освіти до фахових дисциплін автотранспортного профілю шляхом застосування активних методів та інтерактивних технологій навчання; формування та розвиток технічних та технологічних умінь здобувачів вищої освіти під час перервної практичної підготовки на підприємствах технічного сервісу автомобільного транспорту; удосконалення змісту фахової підготовки бакалаврів професійної освіти за рахунок розроблення методичного забезпечення на основі модульнокомпетентнісного підходу.The article characterizes the model of formation of technical and technological competence of bachelors of vocational education of specialization «Transport» and its structural elements: motivational-targeted, methodological, organizational-activity, control-resultative blocks. It has been proven that for the successful implementation of the developed model, the following pedagogical conditions must be met: ensuring the motivational and value attitude of students to the professional subjects of the motor transport profile through the use of active methods and interactive learning technologies; formation and development of technical and technological skills of students during intermittent practical training at motor transport companies; improvement of the content of professional training of bachelors of vocational education due to the development of methodical support based on the modular-competency approach. It was determined that an effective solution to the problem of forming the technical and technological competence of bachelors of vocational education of specialization «Transport» during their professional training is possible if the following stages are followed: motivational-diagnostic, formative, systematizing. It was concluded that the developed model is a method for the formation of technical and technological competence of bachelors of professional education of specialization «Transport», it has a holistic character, since all its structural components are interconnected and function to achieve the main goal.
