Abstract
У статті з’ясовуються особливості динаміки розвитку структурних компонентів професійної самосвідомості майбутніх психологів. Завдяки запровадженій експериментальній програмі актуалізації особистісних ресурсів у студентів-психологів було зафіксовано суттєве підвищення рівня сформованості усіх структурних компонентів: когнітивного, конативного, емоційного та поведінкового, зокрема, було виявленo кiлькiснi та якiснi пoзитивнi змiни показників образу «Я», особливо оцінки й активності, зростання рівня адекватності загальної самооцінки, а також збільшення здатності до ефективного комунікативного самоконтролю, встановлено статистично значуще зростання важливості суспiльнoгo визнання, твopчoстi та впевненoстi в собі як термінальних цінностей студентів-психологів, а також зафіксовано підвищення значущості таких професійно важливих інструментальних цінностей, як теpпимiсть дo думoк інших і пiклування про інших.
The article elucidates the peculiarities of the dynamics of the development of structural components of the professional self-awareness of future psychologists in the process of professional training of students in higher education institutions. On the basis of the conducted empirical study of the dynamics of the basic indicators of structural components and determinants of the formation of professional self-awareness of psychology students before and after the formative experiment, it was established that in the experimental group, as well as in the control group, there were a significant number of and qualitative positive changes, in particular, an increase in the level of formation of professional Self-image of students, increasing objectivity of all partial manifestations of their professional self-evaluation of the result, as well as increasing the ability to effective communicative self-control. A statistically significant increase in the importance of social recognition, creativity and self-confidence as the terminal values of psychology students was established, as well as an increase in the importance of such professionally important instrumental values as sensitivity to the opinions of others and caring for others was recorded. Significant changes in the self-concept of the participants of the experimental group were established as a result of social and psychological training with them. In particular, quantitative and qualitative positive changes in the indicators of self-image, especially evaluation and activity, and an increase in the level of adequacy of general self- esteem were revealed. A significant increase in the indicators of reflexivity as a professionally important trait in the participants of the experimental group was recorded, as well as a statistically significant trend towards the level of self-realization of the need for self-development among these students. No statistically significant changes in the structural components of professional self-awareness were found in the students of the control group.
