Модернізація системи дизайн-освіти в контексті формування дизайн-мислення

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження дуальної дизайн-освіти як інноваційної форми навчання в контексті креативної економіки, що являється новітнім чинником суспільного розвитку. З’ясовано, що система освіти вимагає оновлення підготовки кваліфікованих фахівців. У статті розкривається проблема існуючих освітніх закладів, які націлені на відтворення своїх минулих практик і не готові слідувати за вимогами ринку праці. Проаналізовано дослідження Європейського банку реконструкції та виділено причини уповільненого розвитку сфери дизайну. У межах навчального курсу для організації зв’язку між теоретичними знаннями та їх практичною реалізацією було б доцільно визначити коло виробничих установ, які здатні і зацікавлені брати участь у моделі дуальної освіти. Розглянута необхідність запровадження дуальної форми організації навчання через впровадження методу дизайн-мислення як інноваційної та інтерактивної форми навчання. Наведене поетапне опрацювання процесу взаємодії дизайн-мислення і виробництва в контексті дуальної дизайн-освіти, а також визначено функціонування взаємозв’язків процесу дизайн-мислення та виробництва. Ця взаємодія вказує на загальні та особливі цілі, засоби і можливості створення умов функціонування екосистеми дизайну. У даному дослідженні проаналізовано потенціал дуальної дизайн-освіти, в якій метод дизайнмислення виступає як інноваційний засіб для вирішення істотних для дизайну питань в освітній системи майбутньої України.

The article substantiates the feasibility of introducing dual design education as an innovative form of learning in the context of the creative economy, which is the latest factor in social development. it was also found that the education system requires an updated approach to the training of qualified professionals. The article reveals the problem of existing educational institutions that are aimed at reproducing their past practices and are not ready to follow the requirements of the labor market. The research of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was analyzed and the reasons for the slow development of the design sphere are highlighted. Within the training course for the organization of communication between theoretical knowledge and their practical implementation, it would be appropriate to identify the range of industrial institutions that are able and interested in participating in the model of dual education. The necessity of introduction of the dual form of the organization of training through introduction of a method of design thinking as innovative and interactive form of training is considered too. The step-by-step elaboration of the process of interaction of design-thinking and production in the context of dual design-education is given, and also the functioning of interrelations of the process of design-thinking and production is determined. This interaction indicates the general and specific goals, means and opportunities to create the conditions for the functioning of the design ecosystem. This study analyzes the potential of dual design education, in which the method of design thinking acts as an innovative tool for solving design issues in the educational system of the future of Ukraine.
