Соціальна компетентність як умова попередження та розв’язання міжособистісних конфліктів майбутніх фахівців

Abstract

Міжособистісні конфлікти є невід'ємним елементом спілкування у формуванні соціально компетентного фахівця. У статті розкрито соціальну компетентність як певний тип ставлення, заснованого на повазі й прийнятті іншої людини й самого себе; передумови виникнення конфліктів у міжособистісному спілкуванні студентів-майбутніх учителів в освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти. Розглянуто сутність поняття «ставлення», «відносини», «конфлікт». З’ясовано, що для запобігання конфліктам соціально компетентна людина має знати не тільки те, що потрібно робити, але і як досягти розвитку проблемної ситуації в конструктивному напрямку. Низка об’єктивних передумов запобігання конфліктам пов’язана з умінням майбутніх учителів грамотно вибудовувати педагогічну взаємодію.Interpersonal conflicts are an integral part of communication in the formation of a socially competent specialist. The article reveals social competence as a certain type of attitude based on respect and acceptance of another person and oneself, prerequisites for conflicts in interpersonal communication of students-future teachers in the educational environment of higher education. The essence of the concept of «attitude», «relationship», «conflict», is considered. It has been found that in order to prevent conflicts, a socially competent person must know not only what needs to be done, but also how to achieve the development of the problem situation in a constructive direction. A number of objective preconditions for conflict prevention are related to the ability of future teachers to competently build pedagogical interaction. It is described that the teacher must be able to determine the nature of communication, in particular, when it becomes pre-conflict, and move from a conflict situation to normal interaction. The readiness of future teachers for dialogue will allow to feel in advance that the emotional tension of the conversation begins to exceed the permissible level, and to apply direct and indirect methods of preventing the development of conflict.
