Інноваційна культура майбутніх аграріїв в контексті сучасних психолого-педагогічних досліджень

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність інноваційної культури як складової загальної культури особистості та підтверджено її значення в розвитку інноваційної діяльності майбутнього аграрія. Розгляд інноваційної культури здійснений на основі визначення інноваційності особистості в психологічному, структурно-професійному та освітньому контекстах. Визначено основні завдання інноваційної культури в системі інноваційної діяльності майбутнього фахівця аграрної галузі. Розкрито інноваційну культуру за допомогою низки ключових понять: «інноваційний інтелект», «інноваційна діяльність», «інноваційна особистість», «інноваційні цінності», «розвиток інноваційної особистості». и. Схарактеризовано професійні й особистісні якості, якими має володіти майбутній аграрій, якому властива розвинена інноваційна культура. Схарактеризовано основні структурні компоненти інноваційної культури, визначено їх роль у професійному становленні фахівця-аграрія.

In the article the essence of innovative culture as a component of General culture of a person and confirmed its importance in the development of innovative activities of future farmers. The purpose of this article is to carry out theoretical analysis and justification of the concept of "innovation culture future farmers", in the context of psycho-pedagogical research. Consideration of the culture of innovation carried out based on the definition of innovativeness of personality in the psychological, structural and professional and educational contexts. The main tasks of innovative culture in system of innovative activity of the future specialist of the agricultural industry. A leading component of the innovative intellect of the individual is the mechanism of innovative thinking. The mechanism of innovative thinking includes at least two dialectically interrelated stages of activity taking place in the innovative thinking of the individual. The first is characterized by the movement of thought in the creation and cognition of the meaning of the new knowledge (for the subject of cognition) in the form of internal reflection. The second step is the process of objectifying and putting the new knowledge into practice. Uncovered a culture of innovation with a number of key concepts: "innovation intelligence", "innovation", "innovative personality", "innovative value", "development of innovative personality". Characterized by professional and personal qualities that should be possessed by the future landowner, which is characterized by well-developed innovation culture. The main structural components of innovative culture, determined their role in the professional formation of a specialist of the landowner. Analyzing the concept of innovation culture of a future landowner, there are the following problems of innovative culture in system of innovation: to identify abilities, talents, development and realization of creative potential of future specialist of the landowner; stimulation of intellectual and creative activity for achieving certain goals through the use of innovative ideas; the intensification and optimization of innovative processes in the production process; the formation and introduction of innovative technologies; the use of democratic style of communication; the elimination of barriers for innovation activities; and creation of a new image of specialist of the agricultural sector.
