Фактори розвитку педагогічної атракції

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність педагогічної атракції, проаналізовано умови її виникнення, механізми міжособистісного сприйняття (ідентифікація, рефлексія, емпатія, стереотипізація), фактори аттракції. Сьогодні людям властива потреба входження з іншими людьми в тривалі та тісні взаємини, що гарантують позитивні переживання і результати. Від якості міжособистісних взаємин залежить психоемоційний стан людини. Адже гармонійне і спокійне життя неможливе, якщо між викладачем і студентом існують непорозуміння і сварки. Мистецтво спілкування, здатність вибудовувати відносини з людьми, знаходити правильний підхід до них необхідні будь-якій людині.

The author reveals the essence of pedagogical attraction, analyses the conditions of its appearance mechanizms of interpersonal perception (identification, reflexion, empathy, stereotypization), factors of attraction. Today, people need to get involved with others in a long and close relationship that guarantees positive experiences and results. The quality of interpersonal relationships depends on the emotional state of the person. After all, a harmonious and peaceful life is impossible if there are misunderstandings and quarrels between the teacher and the student. The art of communication, the ability to build relationships with students, find the right approach to them are necessary for any teacher. Communication is an integral part of life; without it, we would not survive. Verbal and non-verbal communication begins at birth and ends at death. We need communication not only to transmit information and knowledge to one another, but more importantly, to relate to one another as human beings around the world in the context of relationships, families, organizations, and nations. Empathy is important because it helps us understand how others are feeling so we can respond appropriately to the situation. As teachers’ empathic abilities increase, it seems likely that they would be better able to understand to their students. So, empathy is a powerful tool that can help any teacher understand what is driving his or her students` behavior and find strategies to help. It can also help teacher connect and work through difficult moments together. Feeling understood and supported is especially important for students with learning and thinking differences. It helps them stay motivated, increases self-awareness, and encourages them to advocate for themselves. These self-advocasy and self-determination skills lead to better outcomes in employment and post-university life.
