Зв’язок структури психолого-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників із педагогічними умовами її формування

Abstract

У статті на основі застосування комплексу методів обґрунтовано і сформовано структуру та компонентний склад психолого-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників. Формування досліджуваної компетентності – цілісний та складний процес, який передбачає відповідну організацію освітнього процесу під час викладання загальновійськових та військово-спеціальних дисциплін, цілеспрямовану підготовку науково-педагогічного складу навчального закладу, урахування компонентного складу досліджуваного особистісного феномену. Крім того, у статті на основі врахування концепції дослідження виділено п’ять педагогічних умов формування психологопедагогічної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників. Кожна з визначених умов сприяє формуванню певних складових компонентів досліджуваної компетентності. Взаємозв’язок визначених педагогічних умов із компонентним складом психолого-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників буде враховано в теоретичній моделі її становлення та розвитку.

In the article, the structure and component composition of psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers were substantiated and formed., based on the study and analysis of scientific-pedagogical and methodical literature, conversations, observation, testing, studying and generalization of domestic and foreign experience, methods of mathematical statistics and the method of expert evaluations, Formation of the investigated competence is a holistic and complex process, which involves the appropriate organization of the educational process in the teaching of general military and military special disciplines, purposeful training of the scientific and pedagogical composition of the educational institution, taking into account the component composition of the investigated personal phenomenon. In addition, in the article on the basis of the concept of research, five pedagogical conditions for the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers have been identified. Each of the specified conditions contributes to the formation of certain components of the components of the investigated competence. The relationship between certain pedagogical conditions and the component composition of the psychological and pedagogical competence of future officers-border guards will be taken into account in the theoretical model of its formation and development. In addition, taking into account the identified relationships will allow to effectively select methods, forms, methods and means of conducting a cycle of general military and military-special disciplines in order to ensure the formation of the studied characteristics of the individual.
