Тенденції розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти : історико-порівняльний аспект

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема особливостей та тенденцій розвитку сучасної вищої педагогічної освіти в історико-порівняльному аспекті. Доведено, що модернізація вищої педагогічної освіти в Україні певним чином обумовлена тенденціями, що відбуваються у всьому світі, перш завсе вони пов’язані із процесами інтернаціоналізації, глобалізації та інтеграції вітчизняної системи вищої освіти в європейський та світовий освітній простір, впровадженням ідей цифрової трансформації та мобільності викладачів та студентів на основі гуманістичної освітньої парадигми. Провідною тенденцією розвитку педагогічної освіти та науки кінця ХХ–початку ХХІ століття визнано включення історії педагогіки з урахуванням її закономірностей та історічного підходу до аналізу досліджуваної проблеми як елементу методології. Другою важливою тенденцією розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти в історичному аспекті та історико-педагогічних досліджень кінця ХХ – початку ХХІ століття визначено важливість обрання для дослідження персоніфікованих та індивідуалізованих проблем, або проблем локальних та мікропроблем. Наступною тенденцією визнано дослідження особистості як об’єкту історико-педагогічного дослідження, виявлення її ціннісних ідеалів, особистісних характеристик. До сучасних тенденцій розвитку вищої освіти в Україні у статті віднесено формування у майбутніх фахівців професійного, перш за все, логічного та творчого мислення. Розвиток професійного й логічного мислення безпосередньо впливає впливає на особистісно-професійний розвиток студента та його ціннісні орієнтації у процесі досягнення цілей. У статті робиться висновок, що нині цілеспрямований розвиток логічного мислення у майбутніх педагогів є необхідністю та визначають деякі важливі шляхи вирішення цього питання, перш за все можливості цього закладені у логіці та структурі навчальної дисципліни, виборі сучасних інноваційних технологій та відповідній методиці навчання.The article examines the problem of peculiarities and trends in the development of modern higher pedagogical education in a historical and comparative aspect. It has been proven that the modernization of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine is in a certain way conditioned by the trends taking place all over the world, first of all, they are related to the processes of internationalization, globalization and integration of the domestic system of higher education into the European and world educational space, the introduction of ideas of digital transformation and mobility teachers and students based on the humanistic educational paradigm. The inclusion of the history of pedagogy, taking into account its regularities and the historical approach to the analysis of the researched problem as an element of methodology, is recognized as a leading trend in the development of pedagogical education and science at the end of the 20th to the beginning of the 21st century. The second important trend in the development of higher pedagogical education in the historical aspect and historical-pedagogical research of the late 20th and early 21st centuries is the importance of choosing to study personalized and individualized problems, or problems of local and microproblems. The next trend is the study of personality as an object of historical-pedagogical research, the identification of its value ideals, personal characteristics. The article refers to the formation of professional, first of all, logical and creative thinking in future specialists to the modern trends in the development of higher education in Ukraine. The development of professional and logical thinking directly affects the personal and professional development of the student and his value orientations in the process of achieving goals. The article concludes that now purposeful development of logical thinking among future teachers is a necessity and some important ways of solving this issue are determined, first of all, the possibilities of this are laid in the logic and structure of the educational discipline, the choice of modern innovative technologies and the appropriate teaching methodology.
