Abstract
У статті розглянуто етапи формування персонального брендингу майбутніх педагогів, проаналізовано теоретичні й практичні результати досліджень зарубіжних і українських дослідників та науковців, які стосуються можливих інструментів і засобів брендингу. Схарактеризовано роль та значення персонального брендингу для набуття майбутніми педагогами навичок із самопрезентації, посилення конкурентоздатності під час пошуку роботи, побудови кар’єри, професійного визнання та підвищення доходів. Визначено перелік цифрових інструментів і засобів створення персональних брендів майбутніми педагогами.
Sociocultural and technological development of society became the reason for updating priorities and approaches in the professional training of future teachers. The implemented branch standards for the students of pedagogical education, aimed at the formation of certain general and professional competencies of future teachers, should be based on competency-based and student-centered approaches. These approaches are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of future teachers through the formation of a set of knowledge, skills and abilities demanded by the educational services market. The answer to society’s requests is the development of methods for personal branding, determination of its relevance and implementation in educational programs of future teachers. It was determined that the topic of personal branding in Ukrainian education is due to the active implementation of distance education due to the COVID-19 pandemic and military actions as a result of Russian aggression. The theoretical and practical results of research by foreign and Ukrainian researchers and scientists related to possible tools and means of branding are analyzed. The role and importance of personal branding for future teachers to acquire self-presentation skills, increase competitiveness when looking for a job, build a career, professional recognition and increase income is determined. The main advantages of the personal brand of a modern teacher are the formation of authority in the market of educational services, the identification of one’s strengths, the construction of one’s own style of pedagogical mastery, obtaining a higher scientific and pedagogical qualification, creating the prerequisites for a successful career and increasing one’s income. A list of digital tools and means of creating personal brands for future teachers has been determined.
