Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора педагогічних наук зі спеціальності 13.00.01 – загальна педагогіка та історія педагогіки. – Полтавський національний педагогічний університет імені В. Г. Короленка. – Полтава, 2018.
У дисертації на основі сучасних методологічних засад досліджено сутнісний зміст тенденцій становлення педагогічної освіти на Поділлі наприкінці ХVІІІ – на початку ХХ ст. На основі авторських критеріїв розроблено й теоретично обґрунтовано його періодизацію та виокремлено чотири етапи: перший – «Час освітнього двовладдя» (кінець ХVІІІ – перше десятиліття ХІХ ст.); другий – «Реформи духовної освіти в Подільській губернії» (20-ті – 60-ті рр. ХІХ ст.); третій – «Становлення жіночої педагогічної освіти Поділля» (70-ті рр. – кінець ХІХ ст.); четвертий – «Інституціоналізація професійно-педагогічної освіти Поділля» (1900–1917 рр.); простежено поетапну еволюцію тенденцій становлення змісту, організаційних форм, методів і засобів педагогічної освіти регіону наприкінці ХVІІІ – на початку ХХ ст.; виявлено її основні особливості, закономірності та суперечності; окреслено шляхи творчого використання прогресивних надбань педагогічної освіти Поділля досліджуваного періоду в сучасних умовах інноваційного розвитку освітньої галузі України. Значну увагу приділено аналізу становлення закладів освіти, висвітленню педагогічних ідей та творчого доробку видатних педагогів, громадських, культурних і релігійних діячів Подільського краю.

В диссертации на основе современных методологических подходов исследовано содержание тенденций становления педагогического образования на Подолье в конце XVIII – начале ХХ в. На основе авторских критериев разработана и теоретически обоснована его периодизация и выделены четыре этапа: первый – «Время образовательного двоевластия» (конец ХVІІІ – первое десятилетие XIX в.); второй – «Реформы духовного образования в Подольской губернии» (20–60-е гг. XIX в.); третий – «Становление женского педагогического образования на Подолье» (70-е гг. – конец XIХ в.); четвертый – «Институционализация профессионально-педагогического образования на Подолье» (1900–1917 гг.); прослежена поэтапная эволюция тенденций становления содержания, организационных форм, методов и средств педагогического образования региона конца XVIII – в начале ХХ в.; выявлены его основные особенности, закономерности и противоречия; очерчены пути творческого использования прогрессивных достижений педагогического образования Подолья исследуемого периода в современных условиях инновационного развития образовательной отрасли Украины. Значительное внимание уделено анализу становления учебных заведений, освещению педагогических идей и творческого наследия выдающихся педагогов, общественных, культурных и религиозных деятелей Подольского края.

In the dissertation «Trends of the formation of pedagogical education in Podillia (the end of the XVIII – the beginning of XX century)», on the basis of archival materials and little-known sources, the genesis of the development of pedagogical education in Podillia at the end of the XVIII – the beginning of the XX cent. was explored from the point of view of modern methodological foundations: historic-chronological, systemic, structural-functional, paradigmatic, axiological and cultural approaches, principles of science, historicism, objectivity, natural correspondence, cultural correspondences; оn the basis of developed author’s criteria (social and political socio-economic, scientific, technical and cultural development of Podillia, new approaches to teacher’s training, government decrees, legislative and normative acts on pedagogical education issues, decisions on the opening or termination of activities of educational institutions that worked in the field of pedagogical education; the decision about opening or closing activity of educational institutions that worked in the field of pedagogical education; the leading approaches of progressive educators, teachers, philosophers, cultural figures both domestic and foreign; change of paradigms of pedagogical education, in particular its goals, purposes, content and structure), the stages of formation of pedagogical education are singled out: (the first – the end of the XVIII – the first decade of the XIX cent. – «The time of educational dual power», the second – 20’s–60’s years of the XIX cent. – «Reforms of spiritual education in the Podillia province»; third of the 70’s – the end of the XIX cent. – «Formation of the pedagogical education of Podillia»; the fourth – 1900–1917 – «Institutionalization of a professional pedagogical education of Podillia»). In the dissertation «Trends of the formation of pedagogical education in Podillia (the end of the XVIII – the beginning of XX century)», a gradual evolution of trends in the development of content, organizational forms, methods and means of establishing a pedagogical education of the region of study period was traced («pedagogy» of theological educational institutions that trained teachers of lower schools (introduction to the education process of rhetoric, homiletics, objects of aesthetic direction, which contributed to the formation of professional and pedagogical culture); the presence of the components of pedagogical skill in the educational and teaching process of spiritual and secular educational institutions; continuous improvement of the course of pedagogy and directing it to the development of not only theoretical knowledge on the basics of teaching and education, but above all on their practical application, etc.); revealed main specialitites (rapid development of general pedagogical training of teacher-educator in male and female spiritual educational institutions; formation of humanistic principles of the teacher’s personality; practical orientation of the process of mastering psychological and pedagogical disciplines; orientation to human values in the process of theoretical and practical training; the implementation of elements of pedagogical skill for the formation of the creative personality of the teacher; availability of elements of pre-professional training for pedagogical specialties and professional selection of people who tend to obtain a pedagogical specialty; interdependence and interrelation of the courses of pedagogy and psychology, etc.); patterns (combination of European and domestic traditions in the process of its development, the dependence of the development of pedagogical education of Podillia on socio-political, cultural, educational and socioeconomic factors, the essential content of pedagogical education from the ruling governments – Austria and Russia, etc.); contradictions (between the then socio-political, sociocultural realities and the need for changes in the training of teaching staff; between the society’s need for qualified pedagogical personnel and the low level of their professional training; between the traditions of training teachers in the spiritual and gymnasium educational institutions; between the peculiarities of the educational and professional activity of the pedagogical educational institutions of the Western and Eastern Podillia, etc.); analyzed the provisions for the justification of the experience of organizing pedagogical education in Podillia for the modernization of current educational theory and practice in Ukraine. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the formation of educational institutions of the region, the coverage of pedagogical ideas and creative work of outstanding teachers and public figures of Podillia, there has been analyzed the contribution of progressive figures of education and culture of the second half of the XIX – the beginning of the ХХ cent. to the formation of a pedagogically directed personality of teacher-educator.
