Сучасні підходи до визначення педагогічних умов розвитку правової культури педагогічних працівників закладів професійної освіти

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз дефініції «педагогічна умова» як родової для поняття «педагогічна умова розвитку правової культури педагогічних працівників». Наведено приклади педагогічних умов формування певних компетентностей майбутніх педагогічних працівників та кваліфікованих робітників. На основі результатів ранжування й експертного оцінювання педагогічних умов визначено найбільш доцільні для розвитку правової культури педагогічних працівників закладів професійної освіти (підвищення позитивної мотивації до професійно-правового саморозвитку й самовдосконалення; оволодіння змістом дистанційного спецкурсу «Правова культура педагога закладу професійної освіти»; застосування сучасних методів і форм імітації професійно-правових ситуацій в розвитку професійно-правових знань і вмінь суб’єктів освітнього процесу; застосування інноваційних педагогічних технологій самовдосконалення в курсовий та міжкурсовий періоди підвищення кваліфікації).

The article analyzes the concept of "pedagogical condition" as a generic for the term "pedagogical condition of development of legal culture of pedagogical workers". Formed the list on conditions of development of legal culture of pedagogical workers of establishments of vocational education for expert evaluation (increase of positive motivation to professional-legal self-development and self-improvement; Creation of a favourable information-educational environment for individual professional and legal development; designing the content of advanced training based on the legal component; mastering content of distance special course “Legal culture of the pedagogical workers in professional education schools”; use of innovative pedagogical technologies in professional and legal development of pedagogical workers in the course and intercourse periods of advanced training; professional and legal development activation of pedagogical employees by means of self-education activity; continuity of the legal content of the educational material in the course and interroom work on advanced training; application new modern imitation methods and forms of professional-legal situations in development of professional legal knowledge and skills of subjects in educational process; implementation the means of organizational and methodological support of law-enforcement, educational, managerial, normative activities). Based on the results of the ranking and expert assessment of the pedagogical conditions, the most appropriate for the development of the teachers legal culture in vocational education institutions (increasing positive motivation to the professional-legal self-development and self-improvement; mastering the contents of the remote special course " Legal culture of the pedagogical workers in professional education schools", use of new modern methods and forms of imitation professional-legal situations in the development of professional and legal knowledge and the skills of the subjects in the educational process; innovative pedagogical technologies of self-improvement in course and intercourse periods of professional development).
