Використання ситуаційного моделювання з реалізацією в комп’ютерно орієнтованому середовищі в підготовці майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано поняття моделювання як методу наукового дослідження та окреслено можливості використання ситуаційного моделювання в підготовці майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання; проаналізовано використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій під час формування професійних компетенцій у майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання. Охарактеризовано загальні та професійні компетентності, що формуються у процесі вивчення навчальних дисциплін «Комп’ютерно-орієнтовані технології», «Комп’ютерні технології в навчальному процесі», «Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології в наукових дослідженнях» у комп’ютерно орієнтованому середовищі під час створення телекомунікаційних навчальних проектів у вигляді веб-розробок та веб-квестів. Детально охарактеризовано можливості використання ситуаційного моделювання підготовці майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання з метою формування професійних компетенцій з підготовки та проведення навчальних занять і позаурочних заходів, описано структуру веб-квесту та детально охарактеризовано призначення його структурних елементів, описано таксономію освітніх цілей Б. Блума та детально охарактеризовано всі її рівні. Результати проведеного дослідження дають підстави стверджувати, що поетапна методика формування професійних компетенцій майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання дозволила визначити: систему знань про педагогічну професію, представлена категоріальним складом педагогічного мислення, який включає низку ієрархічно організованих рівнів: рівень загальних ідей; рівень конструктивно-методичних схем; рівень технічних прийомів реалізації таких схем; систему стратегічних інтелектуальних умінь, що актуалізуються у процесі вироблення й прийняття педагогічного рішення; систему основних і проміжних рішень, що регулюють процес мисленнєвої діяльності вчителя під час розв’язання ним педагогічних задач.

The article analyzes the concept of modeling as a method of scientific research and outlines the possibility of using situational modeling in the preparation of future vocational training teachers; the use of information and communication technologies in the formation of professional competences in future teachers of vocational training is analyzed. The general and professional competences that are formed in the process of studying the disciplines "Computer-oriented technologies", "Computer technologies in the educational process", "Information and communication technologies in scientific research" in computer-oriented environment during creation are characterized telecommunication training projects in the form of web development and web quests. Possibilities of using situational modeling in the preparation of future VET teachers for the formation of professional competences in preparation and conducting of training sessions and extracurricular activities are described in detail, the structure of the web-quest is described and the structural elements are described in detail. all its levels. The results of the study give grounds to claim that the step-by-step methodology for the formation of professional competences of future teachers of vocational training allowed us to determine: the system of knowledge about the teaching profession, represented by the categorical composition of pedagogical thinking, which includes a number of hierarchically organized levels; the level of structural and methodological schemes; the level of technical methods of implementation of such schemes; a system of strategic intellectual skills that are actualized in the process of making and making a pedagogical decision; system of basic and intermediate decisions that regulate the thinking process of the teacher in the process of solving pedagogical tasks.
