Підготовка майбутнього вчителя до роботи з батьками в системі його професійного становлення.

Abstract

Успішність розв’язання проблем сімейного виховання можлива лише за умови готовності батьків, яку в свою чергу може сформувати лише якісно підготовлений до цього важливого аспекту своєї професійної діяльності педагог. Стаття пропонує методику підготовки майбутнього вчителя до роботи з батьками в системі його професійного становлення. Адаптовано ідеї педагогів-класиків, зокрема А.Макаренка і В. Сухомлинського до сучасних умовах в контексті більш ефективного розв`язання проблеми сімейного виховання. Особлива увага акцентується на формуванні педагогічної культури батьків та шляхів її формування. Педагогічна культура, складовими якої є культура мови, культура поведінки, культура спілкування, культура педагогічного впливу, обов`язково передбачає оволодіння психолого-педагогічними знаннями та вміннями (як її основою), які забезпечують педагогічну доцільність дій батьків. Ми цілком свідомо спростили і обмежили теоретичну складову статті і включили в її зміст чимало конкретних педагогічних фактів з метою можливого їх використання викладачами педагогічних дисциплін при підготовці студентів до роботи з батьками та під час проходження педагогічної практики. Ідеї, запропоновані в статті, можуть бути корисними також і для батьків.

The success of solution of problems in the family upbringing is possible only in condition of parents` readiness which can be formed by a teacher, who is qualitatively trained to this important aspect of his professional practice. The article offers the method of future teacher`s training to the work with parents in the system of his professional becoming. The ideas of classical teachers, especially of A. Makarenko and V. Sukhomlynsky, are adopted to the modern conditions of more efficient solution of problems of family upbringing. The readiness to the work with parents, first of all, provides the readiness to the cooperation with them. The main proof of it must be not the organization and holding the large number of individual, group or collective educational events, but their quality, which depends on many factors. Some of them often stay out of our sight, reducing the performance of the above forms of educational work. A special attention is paid to the formation of parents` pedagogical culture and the ways of its creation. The pedagogical culture with its segments, such as the culture of a language, behavior, communication and pedagogical influence provides the mastering with psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills (as their basis) which determine the expedience of parents` actions. We purposely have simplified and limited the theoretical part of the article, including many specific pedagogical facts in order to use it by teachers of pedagogical subjects during their training of students to the work with parents and their pedagogical practice. The ideas, offered in the article, can be useful for parents as well.
