Професійна самосвідомість фахівця як психологічний феномен.

Abstract

У статті розкривається поняття самосвідомості та професійної самосвідомості фахівця як психологічний феномен. Також розкривається проблема генезису та розвитку самосвідомості у професійній діяльності.

The focus of this article is in the area of professional self-identity. The concept of identity and professional self-identity as a psychological phenomenon is revealed. The review of related literature has been made. It has been outlined that psychology examines identity as one of the most important components of personality structure. In contrast to the self-identity in general, professional self-identity is specific in meaning, it concerns the sphere of professional activity and the individual as the subject of this activity. The main conclusions drawn from this study prove that development of professional self-identity is complex, long and dynamic process that continues throughout the period of training and employment of a person and passes through a series of consecutive stages: professional self-training, professional adaptation, and professional selfrealization.
