Герб міста Вінниці: теорії походження та традиція використання

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню герба міста Вінниці як історико-геральдичного символу, що відображає унікальну ідентичність та його зв’язок із суспільно-політичними й культурними процесами. Описано історію виникнення герба, його еволюцію та символіку в контексті надання місту Магдебурзького права, втрати автономії, а також наступних змін у адміністративному статусі.The article is dedicated to the study of the coat of arms of the city of Vinnytsia as a historical and heraldic symbol reflecting its unique identity and its connection to socio-political and cultural processes. The history of the coat of arms, its evolution, and symbolism are described in the context of granting the city Magdeburg rights, the loss of autonomy, and subsequent changes in its administrative status.
