Abstract
У статті розглянуто процес формування конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей в умовах професійної підготовки з позиції системного, діяльнісного, культурологічно-творчого та компетентістного підходів. Розкрито сутність запропонованих педагогічних підходів крізь призму робіт закордонних та вітчизняних науковців. Автор розглядає педагогічні підходи в відповідній ієрархії, що сприятиме їх ефективності в освітньому процесі. Запропоновано підходи представлені у вигляді трикутника ієрархії педагогічних підходів конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей, подається трактування цих підходів, визначено їхню роль у формуванні конфліктологічної культури в процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін.
The article examines the process of formation of conflictological culture among future specialists of technical specialties in conditions of professional training from the point of view of system, activity, culturological-creative and competent approaches. The essence of the proposed pedagogical approaches is revealed through the prism of work of foreign and domestic scientists. The author considers pedagogical approaches in the appropriate hierarchy, which will promote their effectiveness in the educational process. Pedagogical approaches are represented in the form of a triangle of the hierarchy of pedagogical approaches of conflictological culture in future specialists of technical specialties. The system approach is based on the role of which is to systematize the supply of humanitarian knowledge during professional training as a holistic system. The next pedagogical approach in the formation of conflictological culture is an activity approach, which involves: – the skills of applying the knowledge in practice; – orientation on the selectivity of knowledge taking into account the specifics of professional activity; – directing the graduate to – creating the conditions for motivation to study and the ability to self-assess. Culturological approach is responsible for culturological space in the student's educational environment; creative direction in the study of a professional specialty in the direction of cultural knowledge. Competent approach is the pinnacle of the pyramid, because with the help of system and activity approaches, the formation of a number of professionally important competencies, which is the task of the methodology of the formation of conflict culture.The formation of the conflictological culture of future specialists in technical specialties requires clearly defined pedagogical approaches that will contribute to the educational process of higher education. The determined hierarchy of the proposed approaches (systemic, activity cultural-creative and competent) will help to effectively formulate conflict culture and its implementation in professional activities.
