Abstract
У дисертації розглянуто проблеми формування базових компетентностей
фахівців з обліку та адміністрування в процесі професійної підготовки.
З’ясовано сутність процесу формування базових компетентностей фахівців з
обліку та адміністрування в процесі професійної підготовки; визначено
структуру, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості базових компетенцій, а
також особливості процесу їх формування в процесі професійної підготовки.
Визначені, обґрунтовані й експериментально перевірені організаційно-педагогічні умови формування базових компетентностей фахівців з обліку та адміністрування, а також запропоновано практичні рекомендації для підвищення ефективності процесу їх формування в процесі професійної підготовки.
В диссертации рассмотрены проблемы формирования базовых компетенций специалистов по учету и администрированию в процессе профессиональной подготовки. Выяснена сущность процесса формирования базовых компетенций специалистов по учету и администрированию в процессе профессиональной подготовки; определена структура, критерии, показатели и уровни формирования базовых компетенций, а также особенности процесса их формирования в процессе профессиональной подготовки. Определены, обоснованы и экспериментально проверены организационно-педагогические условия формирования базовых компетенций специалистов по учету и администрированию, а также предложены практические рекомендации по повышению эффективности процесса их формирования в процессе профессиональной подготовки.
The problems of basic competencies formation of accounting and administration specialists in the professional training process are considered in the thesis. Determined that the basic competencies formation of accounting and administration specialists in the professional training process is an integral part of their readiness for professional activities and characterized by conscious professional development intention. The information and communication technologies application's necessity in forming the basic competencies of accounting and administration specialists in the professional training process and their imperfection in the organization of the training process for the economists training is proved. It is justified that information and communication technologies an integral component of the university’s information educational environment is an important condition for future specialists in accounting and administration basic competencies process forming. The basic competencies process forming reflects several objectives: the deep knowledge’s acquisition of disciplines in accounting and administration; skills and qualities of knowledge’s practical application both in professional activity and outside it; mastering modern information and communication technologies in professional activities. The concept’s content of "the basic competence of a specialist in accounting and administration", as an integrative-dynamic personal education. This concept is characterized by professional knowledge’s system, skills and qualities that provide an opportunity for a specialist in accounting and administration to regulate their professional activities and to perform qualitatively accounting, financial and economic, organizational, control and analytical work etc. Since the reproduction and imitation of events is performed, the projected model of the basic competencies forming of specialists in accounting and administration in the vocational training process, which reflects the optimal conditions for the development of the basic competencies of future accounting and administrative specialists, contains the following components: estimate-motivational, cognitive, active, personal. In the course of the study, the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the basic competencies formation in accounting and administration specialists in the vocational training process were substantiated and experimentally examined; practical recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of their formation through the use of electronic educational resources in 20 classroom instruction and self-training. In the modelling process was realized: subject Modelling - representation of objects, processes, characteristic features of phenomena; work with financial documents; information and computer modelling - information search in professional-oriented databases; online communication, network communication, information and scientific exchange, writing comments on the hypotheses put forward, consideration of economic precedents, the information models educational situations formation; game simulation - implementation in the game’s form the real situation; the economic information’s interiorization.The methodology of using e-learning (SMART technologies, "Inverted Learning", "Virtual Enterprise" technologies, cloud technologies) has been developed and tested in the basic competencies formation of accounting and administration specialists in the professional training process. Methodical recommendations for forming the basic competencies of future specialists in accounting and administration have been developed. The electronic teaching materials the availability and efficiency became approbation’s a positive consequence of electronic educational and methodological complexes; the dialogue mode of educational information, the of training’s individualization and student’s independent work, the differentiation of the proposed tasks depending on the student's cognitive capabilities. Interactive electronic teaching aids, web quests, telecommunication projects, virtual enterprises, accounting and administration in the clouds contribute to the expansion and deepening of not only fundamental knowledge and relevant skills necessary for future professional activities, but also improving the practical skills of computer operations means in the process the basic competencies forming of future professionals.
