ЧАТ-БОТ як засіб оптимізації співпраці вчителя-логопеда з батьками, педагогами та громадськістю в закладах дошкільної освіти.

Abstract

У статті розкрито значення інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в логопедичній роботі як засобу оптимізації роботи вчителя-логопеда. З’ясовано, що розширити можливості традиційної взаємодії вчителя-логопеда з батьками та педагогами допоможуть сучасні дистанційно-інтерактивні форми роботи з ними, використовуючи програмний додаток зі штучним інтелектом – чат-бота. Розглянуто алгоритм створення і функціонування чатботу. Представлено особливості застосування чат-боту для здійснення співпраці вчителів-логопедів з батьками дітей із особливими мовленнєвими потребами, психолого-педагогічним персоналом закладу дошкільної освіти та громадськістю.

Nowadays, working with children with impairments in the development of speech is an important part of work in preschool institutions. It should be noted that the process of inclusion of parents in the educational process and the establishment of close interaction of all participants in the correctional process has been the subject of increased attention of special pedagogy in recent decades. Therefore, among the issues of modern special education is the problem of expanding opportunities for cooperation of speech therapists with parents, teachers and the public and finding innovative tools and modern approaches to organize effective interaction with parents of children with impairments in the development of speech in order to intensify speech therapy in preschool educational institutions. The article reveals the importance of information and communication technologies in speech therapy as a means of optimizing the work of speech therapists. It has been found that the modern remote-interactive forms of work with parents who use a software application with artificial intelligence – a chat-bot – will help to expand the possibilities of traditional interaction of speech therapists with parents, teachers and a public. The algorithm of creation and functioning of a chat-bot is considered. Peculiarities of using a chat-bot for cooperation of speech therapists with parents of children with special speech needs, psychological and pedagogical staff of preschool educational establishments and the public are presented.
